Enfatiza estudos fundamentados nas Políticas Públicas de Educação na perspectiva inclusiva e práticas da Educação Brasileira. Esta pesquisa tem como foco os caminhos percorridos pela Educação Inclusiva no município de Parintins/AM dos alunos e alunas com deficiência na rede regular de ensino evidenciando as dificuldades enfrentadas pelos professores e professoras das salas comuns e suas práticas, possibilitando um novo olhar sobre os saberes, as competências e as atitudes que são necessárias para o trabalho com classes inclusivas. O estudo destaca três aspectos marcantes da Inclusão escolar. O primeiro aspecto mostra a legislação pertinente com aparato de documentos e tratados nacionais e internacionais sobre educação inclusiva; o segundo aspecto aponta para a implantação e implementação das políticas públicas e práticas pedagógicas inclusivas; o terceiro aspecto diz respeito à formação continuada dos professores e professoras em serviço, e desse modo, assegurar o acesso ao conhecimento e ao mesmo tempo favorecer a aprendizagem dos alunos e alunas com e sem deficiência.This paper presents contributions for the continuing training of educators, gathers together the life trajectory of people with disabilities, going through all the periods regarding school education, which has been marked by important periods in the development of school practices, such as institutionalization, integration and, at the present, school inclusion. This paper emphasizes studies based on the Public Policies of Education in the inclusive perspective and of practices of the Brazilian Education. This research focuses on the paths covered by Inclusive Education in the municipality of Parintins / AM of students with disabilities in the regular network of education, presenting the difficulties faced by the teachers of the common classrooms and their practices, allowing a new understanding of the knowledges, the skills and attitudes that are necessary for working with inclusive classes. The study highlights three striking aspects of school inclusion.
