Diz-se que o movimento ecumênico veio dialogar com o mundo da modernidade cultural introduzindo novos elementos no fazer teológico. Com o Concílio Vaticano II e seu decreto Unitatis Redintegratio, bem como as comissões bilaterais, isto se torna mais evidente. Ao longo de cinquenta anos da Comissão Mista Internacional Católico Romana/Evangélico Luterana surgiram muitos documentos. O primeiro foi o “Relatório de Malta” e o mais recente é o relatório “Do conflito à comunhão” que são objetos de análise neste Trabalho Final. O tema é oportuno diante da celebração dos quinhentos anos da Reforma Protestante em 2017 e dos cinquenta anos da Comissão Internacional Católico/Luterana. O objetivo deste Trabalho Final é compreender e promover o diálogo ecumênico por meio do uso de ferramentas metodológicas, sendo uma delas a intertextualidade, uma vez que pode ser praticada não apenas em textos bíblicos, mas também em estudos de documentos ecumênicos. A análise demonstra que o Evangelho, nas diferentes aplicações do discurso ecumênico e teológico, é o centro para todos os cristãos. A metodologia utilizada é bibliográfica e documental, dividida em capítulos : introdução do tema, o método da intertextualidade, o diálogo entre a Igreja Católica e a Federação Luterana Mundial, a análise dos documentos supracitados, seguido de conclusão. Em suma, a inserção da intertextualidade como instrumento analítico faz com que as reflexões de textos de teologia ecumênica sejam compreendidas e aplicadas com maior assertividade, compreensíveis e úteis às comunidades eclesiais.The documents produced by the Ecumenical Movement collaborated toward the dialog among a great variety of churches in the whole world. It is said that the ecumenical movement came to dialog with the world of cultural modernity introducing new elements in theological action. With the II Vatican Council and its decree Unitatis Redintegratio, as well as the bilateral commissions, this becomes even more evident. Throughout the fifty years of the International Roman Catholic/Evangelical Lutheran Mixed Commission, many documents have emerged. The first was the “Malta Report” and the most recent is the “From conflict to communion” report which are the objects for analysis of this Final Paper. The theme is timely considering the celebration of the five hundred years of the Protestant Reformation in 2017 and of the fifty years of the International Catholic/Lutheran Commission. The goal of this Final Paper is to understand and promote ecumenical dialog, through the use of methodological tools, one of them being intertextuality, since it can be practiced not only with biblical texts but also with studies of ecumenical documents. The analysis demonstrates that the Gospel, in the different applications of ecumenical and theological discourse, is the center for all the Christians. The methodology used is bibliographic and documental. The work is divided into chapters: introduction to the theme, the method of intertextuality, the dialog between the Catholic Church and the Lutheran World Federation, the analysis of the above-mentioned documents, followed by the conclusion.
