Mais recentemente, a ciência histórica vem dando espaços e vozes a muitos/as que foram silenciados/as. A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a construção histórica do Município de Araputanga/MT no período da colonização, nas décadas de 1960 e 1970, visibilizando narrativas de vida de mulheres, identificando seus saberes e silêncios vividos e suas resistências. Entendendo ainda que o ensino nas escolas tem uma matriz sexista, propõe-se o estudo de gênero para o processo de desconstrução dessa forma de entendimento social, possibilitando o nascimento de escolas mais inclusivas, com novas formas de interpretação de mundo. A pesquisa é fenomenológica, com característica qualitativa, pressupondo a compreensão dos diferentes fenômenos presentes na realidade estudada. Para sua construção, foram utilizadas 08 entrevistas com mulheres colonizadoras. As entrevistas estão arquivadas no acervo do Centro de História Educação e Cultura da cidade. Também foram utilizadas leituras bibliográficas e documentos escritos e digitalizados e guardados no órgão em questão. Os dados foram analisados partindo de uma abordagem metodológica feminista facilitando as ressignificações da escrita histórica do período em questão, visibilizando a história das mulheres e seus saberes.For a long time, historiography was written from a Eurocentric, masculinized and elitist perspective. More recently, historic science has been giving spaces and voices to many who were silenced. The goal of this research paper is to analyze the historical construction of the Araputanga/MT municipality in the period of the colonization, in the decades of the 1960s and 1970s, making visible the life narratives of women, identifying their lived knowledges and silences and their resistences. Besides this, there is the understanding that the teaching in the schools have a sexist matrix, thus one proposes the study of gender for the deconstruction process of this form of social understanding, propitiating the possibility of the birth of more inclusive schools, with new ways of interpreting the world. The research is phenomenological, with a qualitative characteristic, pre-supposing the comprehension of the different phenomena present in the reality studied. For its construction, 8 interviews were used with women colonizers. The interviews are filed in the archives of the Center of History, Education and Culture of the city. Bibliographic readings and written and digitalized documents stored in the referred organization were also used.
