Dissertação (Mestrado) – Programa de Pós-Graduação, Faculdades EST, São Leopoldo, 2024.http://dspace.est.edu.br:8080/jspui/handle/BR-SlFE/122673 p. : il.Este trabalho apresenta a análise de procedimentos didáticos registrados no plano de ensino dos componentes curriculares da linha de Educação Comunitária para Infância e Juventude do mestrado profissional em Teologia da Faculdades EST, com vistas a identificar a coerência na proposta da linha de estudo com os valores e princípios defendidos pela instituição. A pesquisa tem o objetivo de compreender se existe, não só no âmbito da educação básica, como também na educação superior, uma coerência entre o discurso e o fazer docentes. Ela possui um viés qualitativo, tendo em vista que contempla elementos subjetivos provenientes da trajetória de vida da autora, com observações feitas ao longo de seu percurso escolar e profissional, e um viés exploratório-documental, pois tem como base a análise de documentos da instituição e de textos de pensadores da área da educação e da teologia, dentre os quais: Rubem Alves, Jorge Larrosa e Cipriano Luckesi. Os resultados obtidos apontam que, em certa medida, há uma incoerência entre o discurso e o fazer docentes e enaltece a importância da didática humanista, dialógica e sensível como meio utilizado pela pessoa docente capaz de fazê-la transpor formatos tradicionais culturalmente enraizados, no que tange à educação formal no Brasil. A pesquisa resultou em um produto educacional, uma proposta de minicurso intitulada “ Por uma didática Mais humanista”.This paper presents an analysis of teaching procedures recorded in the teaching plan of the curricular components of the Community Education for Children and Youth line of the professional master's degree in Theology at Faculdades EST, with a view to identifying the coherence in the proposal of the line of study with the values and principles defended by the institution. The research aims to understand whether there is coherence between the discourse and the teaching practice, not only in the context of basic education, but also in higher education. It has a qualitative perspective, considering that it includes subjective elements from the author's life trajectory, with observations made throughout her academic and professional career, and an exploratory-documentary orientation, since it is based on the analysis of documents from the institution and texts by thinkers in the field of education and theology, including: Rubem Alves, Jorge Larrosa and Cipriano Luckesi. The results obtained indicate that, to a certain extent, there is an inconsistency between the discourse and the teaching practice and highlight the importance of humanistic, dialogic and sensitive teaching methods as a means used by teachers to transcend traditional culturally rooted formats, with regard to formal education in Brazil.
