Trata-se de uma pesquisa narrativa, tendo como base teórico metodológica os estudos de Clandinin e Connelly (2015), que visa compreender o processo de constituição do olhar dos discentes de pedagogia, no tocante aos saberes estéticos, ambientais e de comunicação não-violenta, a fim de refletir sobre a formação integral dos sujeitos que têm um importante papel na educação brasileira. Para tanto, busquei discutir a relação entre saberes estéticos, ambientais e de comunicação não-violenta e sua importância na formação de educadoras das infâncias. Além disso, a partir da narrativa das experiências de discentes no curso de Pedagogia noturno e diurno, buscar e discutir a expressão de saberes estéticos, ambientais e de comunicação não-violenta assim como compreender quais conteúdos presentes na formação docente do curso de Pedagogia contribuíram, na percepção destas, nas interações com as crianças da Educação Infantil. A pesquisa foi realizada com as acadêmicas do curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Federal de Rio Grande-FURG, pertencentes ao quarto ano de graduação, do turno manhã e noite. Na análise das narrativas das experiências das discentes surgiram várias categorias, a saber: 1. Comunicação não-violenta: o que é feito das palavras que falamos para as crianças? 2. A vivência acadêmica na constituição do ser e fazer docente: um olhar bioecológico sobre a experiência acadêmica; 3. Educação Ambiental: a construção do caminho do pertencimento; 4. Famílias: relações mais afetivas no processo educativo e 5. Estética presente nas narrativas: sensibilização e encantamento. Como resultado, apresentamos a ideia central de que as noções de comunicação não violenta, educação ambiental e educação estética devem estar presentes na formação de educadores para oportunizar uma (re)conexão com o ser, para assim qualificar o fazer docente. As narrativas das discentes oportunizaram potentes articulações dos saberes propostos e viabilizaram a concepção de que é possível realizar uma educação ambiental por meio dos aspectos, saberes e práticas da comunicação não-violenta em comunhão com a educação estética. A pesquisa apontou, outrossim, que a narrativa como ferramenta de ressignificação reflexiva pode abrir os espaços necessários para que se possa descolapsar as estruturas colonizadoras nas quais estamos imersos e que seguem impactando nossas relações, principalmente nos ambientes educativos.The present work presents the research carried out in the Masters in Environmental Education at the Federal University of Rio Grande-FURG, being inserted in the line of research Environmental Education: Teaching and Training of Educators - EAEFE. This is a narrative research, based on the theoretical and methodological basis of studies by Clandinin and Connelly (2015), which aims to understand the process of constitution of the gaze of pedagogy students, regarding aesthetic, environmental and non-violent communication knowledge. , in order to reflect on the integral formation of subjects who play an important role in Brazilian education. Therefore, I sought to discuss the relationship between aesthetic, environmental and non-violent communication knowledge and its importance in the education of childhood educators. In addition, based on the narrative of students' experiences in the night and day Pedagogy course, to seek and discuss the expression of aesthetic, environmental and non-violent communication knowledge, as well as to understand which contents present in the teacher training of the Pedagogy course contributed, in the perception of these, in the interactions with the children of Early Childhood Education. The research was carried out with academics from the Pedagogy course at the Federal University of Rio Grande FURG, belonging to the fourth year of graduation, in the morning and evening shifts. In the analysis of the narratives of the students' experiences, several categories emerged, namely: 1. Non-violent communication: what happens to the words we speak to children?2. The academic experience in the constitution of being and doing a teacher: a bioecological look at the academic experience; 3. Environmental Education: building the path of belonging; 4. Families: more affective relationships in the educational process and 5. Aesthetics present in the narratives: sensitization and enchantment. As a result, we present the central idea that the notions of non-violent communication, environmental education and aesthetic education must be present in the training of educators to provide a (re)connection with the being, in order to qualify the teaching practice. The students' narratives provided powerful articulations of the proposed knowledge and enabled the conception that it is possible to carry out an environmental education through the aspects, knowledge and practices of non-violent communication in communion with aesthetic education.
