Porém diversos fatores podem afetar o desenvolvimento e estabelecimento das espécies nessas áreas úmidas, dentre eles a temperatura e o hidroperíodo. Assim, a presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a influência de diferentes temperaturas e hidroperíodos na germinação, crescimento e teores de clorofila e carotenoides de plântulas de Ludwigia multinervia. Para isso, foi realizada a coleta e triagem das sementes, e posteriormente foram submetidas a diferentes experimentos, com diferentes hidroperíodos (0, 7, 14 e 21 dias), considerando temperaturas de 13ºC e 24ºC. Ambos os experimentos foram realizados em uma BOD, com 12h claro e 12h escuro, e feita a contagem de germinação de 2 em 2 dias, durante 21 dias. Os resultados mostraram que a germinação no experimento com a temperatura de 13ºC, foi menor em relação ao experimento da temperatura de 24ºC. A velocidade de germinação no experimento com a temperatura de 24ºC foi maior no hidroperíodo de 14 dias quando comparado ao hidroperíodo de 7 dias, ou seja, demorou mais a germinar no hidroperíodo de 14 dias. Já no experimento com a temperatura de 13ºC a velocidade de germinação foi menor no hidroperíodo de 21 dias, quando comparado ao hidroperíodo de 0 dias. O crescimento não ocorreu no experimento com a temperatura de 13ºC. Também, foi visto que no hidroperíodo de 21 dias, o conteúdo de clorofila a e carotenoides foi menor quando comparado ao hidroperíodo de 7 dias. Conclui-se que a temperatura de 24ºC é excelente para a germinação, e que a espécie é capaz de suportar grande variação hidrológica nas condições avaliadas no presente estudo.Wetlands are increasingly being degraded or lost, however aquatic macrophytes can regenerate and recover these environments, from the seed bank, or artificially by introducing some species into the environment. However, several factors can affect the development and establishment of species in these humid areas, including temperature and hydroperiod. Thus, the present work aims to analyze the influence of different temperatures and hydroperiods on germination, growth and chlorophyll and carotenoid contents of Ludwigia multinervia. For that, the seeds were collected and sorted, and later they were submitted to different experiments, with different hydroperiods (0, 7, 14 and 21 days), considering temperatures of 13ºC and 24ºC. Both experiments were carried out in a BOD, with 12h light and 12h dark, and the germination count was done every 2 days, for 21 days. The results showed that the germination in the experiment with the temperature of 13ºC, was lower in relation to the experiment of the temperature of 24ºC. The germination speed in the experiment with the temperature of 24ºC was higher in the hydroperiod of 14 days when compared to the hydroperiod of 7 days, that is, it took longer to germinate in the hydroperiod of 14 days. In the experiment with a temperature of 13ºC, the germination speed was lower in the hydroperiod of 21 days, when compared to the hydroperiod of 0 days. The growth did not occur in the experiment with a temperature of 13ºC. Also, it was seen that in the hydroperiod of 21 days, the content of chlorophyll a and carotenoids was lower when compared to the hydroperiod of 7 days.
