Resumo: Sacroliliac mobility tests are used in clinical physical therapy pratice. However, outcomes about test application there are not reliability in scientific point of view. Nowadays, there is not evaluation tools able to quantify and to provide accuracy information about sacroiliac joint mobility. Specially in health subject with little impairment. Thus, the aim of this study was to evaluate sacroiliac joint mobility due cinemetric analysis and to verify cinemetic validity like evaluation tool of sacroiliac mobility during hip’s flexion in ortostatic position. This is a transversal study, 24 males were analyzed (18-25 years) with body mass index (BMI) between 18,1-24,9. Marked were placed in anatomy point of sacroiliac and hip regions. Subject were evaluated during hip flex in ortostatic position to possibility the analysis of mobility and validity of measuring the distance of displacement posterior superior iliac spinal in relation to the greater trochanter. The analysis of movement was to Qualysis Motion Analysis® and to verify the mobility were analyzed the mean of three blocks respectively. Data were analyzed due to Intraclass Coeficient to verify the validity of means inthreedimension kinematic analysis, with p<0,01. Result indicated to moderate and strong correlation among blocks. Right sacroiliac joint between blocks 1 and 2 (x=0,853 p=0,001); blocks 1 and 3 (x=0,624 e p=0,001); block 2 and 3 (x=0,881 e p=0,0012). Left joint block 1 and 2 (x=0,731 p=0,001); block 1 and 3 (x=778 e p=0,0013); block 2 and 3 (x=0,835 e p=0,0011). These outcomes pointed to a possibility in threedimensional kinematic analysisof sacroiliac joint mobility in physcial therapy clinical analysis. Meanwhile, new discussed must be encouraged, principally this method aplication in subjects with sacroiliac disfunction to consolidated a possible threedimension kinematic utility with sacroiliac evaluation process.

Entretanto, os achados oriundos da aplicação convencional dos testes não são confiáveis sob o ponto de vista científico. Até o presente momento impera a ausência de uma ferramenta capaz de quantificar e fornecer informações confiáveis a respeito da mobilidade sacroilíaca, sobretudo em indivíduos assintomáticos com pequeno grau de acometimento. Portanto, o objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a mobilidade da articulação sacroilíaca através da cinemetria e; verificar aconfiabilidade da cinemetria como ferramenta de mensuração do movimento da articulação sacroilíaca, durante o movimento de flexão da coxa em posição ortostática. Neste estudo transversal foram avaliados 24 sujeitos do sexo masculino hígidos, entre 18 a 35 anos com um índice de massa corporal (IMC) entre 18,1 – 24,9 kg/m2. Através de marcadores colocados em pontos anatômicos da região sacroilíaca e quadril, os sujeitos foram avaliados durante o movimento de flexão do quadril em posição ortostática para verificar a mobilidade e a confiabilidade das medidas da distância de deslocamento da espinha ilíaca póstero-superior em relação ao trocânter maior contralateral. Como instrumento foi utilizado o Qualysis Motion Analysis® para análise do movimento. A investigação da mobilidade aconteceu através de 3 blocos e foram computadas as médias de cada bloco respectivamente. Os dados foram analisados através do índice de correlação intraclasse para verificar a confiabilidade das medidas obtidas pela cinemetria, com um nível de significância de 99% (p=0,01). Os resultados apontaram de moderada a forte correlação entre os blocos. Na articulação sacroilíaca direita, entre Bloco 1 e 2 (x=0,853 p=0,001); bloco1 e 3 (x=0,624 e p=0,001); bloco 2 e 3 (x=0,881 e p=0,0012). Na articulação sacroilíaca esquerda, Bloco 1 e 2 (x=0,731 p=0,001); bloco1 e 3 (x=778 e p=0,0013); bloco 2 e 3 (x=0,835 e p=0,0011). Com esses resultados, o estudo aponta para uma possibilidade da utilização da cinemetria para aferição da mobilidade sacroilíaca na prática fisioterapêutica.
