Resumo: | This work is regarding the development of three innovative antennas applied to the fifth generation of cellular networks 5G. First, the project of a wideband printed antenna with bandwidth from 4.0 to 8.0GHz, gain of 10.5dBi and frequency reconfigurable radiation pattern is presented. Then, a dielectric rod antenna operating from 27.65 to 28.43GHz, gain of 12.2dBi and a quasiomnidirectional radiation pattern is developed. Finally, there is slotted waveguide antenna operating from 27.24 to 28.59GHz and gain of 17.39dBi is reported. The development methodology is based four steps: design and analytical calculations; numerical simulations and optimization; prototypes fabrication; experimental characterization. The ANSYS HFSS was used for carrying out the numerical analysis. The prototypes production and characterization were realized at the WOCA and ICC-Hardware laboratories from Inatel. An excellent agreement between numerical e experimental results was observed for the three proposed antennas. |

Inicialmente, apresenta-se o projeto de uma antena impressa banda larga com opera??o de 4,0 a 8,0GHz, ganho de 10,5dBi e diagrama de irradia??o reconfigur?vel com a frequ?ncia. Em seguida, reporta-se a concep??o de uma antena em haste diel?trica que opera na banda de 27,65 a 28,43GHz, com diagrama quase onidirecional e o ganho de 12,2dBi. Por fim, apresenta-se o desenvolvimento de uma antena em guia de ondas fendido com opera??o compreendida para 27,24 a 28,59GHz e diagrama de irradia??o com ganho de 17,39dBi. A metodologia de desenvolvimento baseia-se em quatro etapas: projeto e c?lculos anal?ticos; otimiza??o e simula??o num?rica; fabrica??o de prot?tipos; caracteriza??o experimental. As an?lises num?ricas foram realizadas utilizando o software ANSYS HFSS. A fabrica??o dos prot?tipos e as suas respectivas medi??es foram realizadas nos laborat?rios WOCA e ICCHardware do Inatel.
