As a premise of this thesis, there is Article 205 of the Federal Constitution, which prescribes that education is a right for all, and education should be based on the principle of equal conditions of access and permanence in school, also confirmed in Article 3 of the Law of Directives and Bases of Education. Thus, the right to not release all the subjects included in developing educational measures by the offense. The objective of this study is raising production expressed knowledge in dissertations and theses available in the online database of the Brazilian Institute for Information in Science and Technology (Ibict) on "school management" in conjunction with the theme " teenagers who meet educational measures ".Quantify and analyze it was necessary to understand the front of the school management actions in this group of adolescents and their education. The works that make up the corpus of this research was delimited in the search in the time period between 2010 and 2015 and were surveyed the following keywords: teenagers who meet educational measures, school and students who meet educational measures, management and included students in action socio-educational, socio-educational measures and the school, teens included on educational measures and the school management. Surveys were separated by: job title, researcher's name, institution, area (Graduate Program) and year of publication. The results are similar when evidence: vacancies absence, weakness in the school management and teaching staff, lack of student interest / motivation / avoidance, the school management actions, use of hazardous substances in the space of House Foundation, but that mention external school environment. The conclusion drawn by the survey research reveals a lack of professional training of those working in education as education of teenagers who meet educational measures.
