Cooperação tecnológica: um estudo das práticas de ecoinovação nas agroindústrias paranaenses processadoras de mandioca

Resumo: Brazil has one of the bases of its economy agribusiness, represented by agribusiness segment accounted for 22 % of GDP generated in the country in 2012. The generation of wealth, underpinned by productive activities of agro-industries, generates waste and consumes natural resources, greatly interfering in the environmental pillar of sustainability. The central objective of this study is to investigate whether the processing plants cassava generate eco-innovations through technological cooperation, and degree of participation of each university officials, business and government in these interactions. The method used is qualitative - quantitative. The qualitative fragment drew on interviews and content analysis through Atlas.ti tool. For quantitative analysis, questionnaires as a tool for data collection were used. For statistical analysis, we used the software SmartPLS. The main results obtained in this research refers to the development of a model , by means of structural equation modeling to analyze the relationship between technological cooperation and generation of eco-innovation , proving the direct relationship of 33 % of incremental eco-innovation promoted through aspects of cooperation. In addition, an overview of results on the current technological and environmental situation of the segment analyzed and some suggestions for obstacles and difficulties encountered in technological cooperation projects, such as that based the research in question.

A geração de riqueza, sustentada por atividades produtivas de agroindústrias, gera resíduos e consome recursos naturais, interferindo sobremaneira no pilar ambiental da sustentabilidade. O objetivo central deste trabalho é investigar se as empresas processadoras de mandioca geram ecoinovações por meio da cooperação tecnológica, e o grau de participação de cada um dos agentes universidade, empresa e governo nessas interações. O método utilizado é de natureza qualitativa-quantitativa. O recorte qualitativo valeu-se de entrevistas e análise de conteúdo por meio da ferramenta Atlas.ti. Para a análise quantitativa, foram utilizados questionários como ferramenta para levantamento de dados. Para as análises estatísticas, utilizou-se o software SmartPLS. Os principais resultados obtidos na pesquisa referem-se à elaboração de um modelo, por meio da modelagem de equações estruturais, para a análise da relação entre cooperação tecnológica e geração de ecoinovação, comprovando a relação direta de 33% da ecoinovação incremental promovida por meio de aspectos de cooperação. Além disso, um panorama de resultados sobre a atual situação tecnológica e ambiental do segmento analisado e, algumas sugestões para entraves e dificuldades encontrados em projetos de cooperação tecnológica, como o que embasou a pesquisa em questão.Made available in DSpace on 2015-04-08T15:35:16Z (GMT).
