Resumo: There are several factors that influence the most effective Knowledge Transfer, specifically, in situations related to the implementation of systems when outsourced teams are used in the context of project management. The present study aimed to propose a guide that contemplates the barriers and facilitators that influence the Knowledge Transfer in outsourced teams in the context of project management. Initially, an exploratory research was carried out using the Web of Science (WOS) and Scopus databases considering the period from 1996 to 2019. 54 articles were analyzed that provided the basis for the theoretical foundation pertinent to the theme, to develop the research problem, as well as, extract information for the elaboration of the codes to be used in the data analysis. Then, a research was carried out with a qualitative method, exploratory-descriptive, using a semi-structured script for data collection in interviews with professionals in the area of project management. Eighteen professionals who work or who had already participated in projects for the implementation of Information Technology (IT) systems were interviewed, all belonging to private companies and mostly large multinationals. The data obtained from the 18 interviews carried out were analyzed from their transcriptions and with the aid of the use of the MAXQDA software. The results provided the consolidation of a list of negative factors called barriers to the Knowledge Transfer and positive factors called facilitators to the Knowledge Transfer. As well as a set of good practices, all presented in a proposal in the form of a guide. As a contribution, the guide presents an overview and guiding these factors that were associated: the project team; to the end customer; to the manager and the management. The results of the study can help IT service companies to better understand barriers and facilitators to Knowledge Transfer. And, with that, they can use them more assertively in the management of their projects that involve outsourced teams.

Submitted by Nadir Basilio (nadirsb@uninove.br) on 2021-05-17T20:57:21Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Anderson da Ramada Isabella.pdf: 1999959 bytes, checksum: 5e29dd89cc7b7bb3d6de421a587f1bd4 (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2021-05-17T20:57:22Z (GMT). description There are several factors that influence the most effective Knowledge Transfer, specifically, in situations related to the implementation of systems when outsourced teams are used in the context of project management.
