Resumo: The object of study of this research is the analysis of the deconstruction of evil in the story of Ruth, with an overview of the problem and the images of evil in the time of the judges and in the Persian world, highlighting the profile of masculinity in Hebrew society from the Boaz reference. The narrative shows that the book of Ruth unites themes and concerns of paramount importance to the reflection in those days, such as the deconstruction of structural evil and respect for women based on Boaz's profile as a dignified man, with personal attributes, associated with nobles from that time. The problems that arise for this research are: What is the proposal of the book of Ruth to overcome the structural evil? How does Boaz's attitude overcome the relationship problems between male and female? Does Boaz represent the model of a Hebrew with an ideal masculinity profile, according to the society of the time? It is proposed to establish the background using research on structural evil, bringing solidarity from the figure of Boaz as a deconstruction of this evil, based on the difference in the social reality of the time. An analysis will be made on the deconstruction of structural evil and the promotion of actions that value women based on the care and solidarity relationships promoted by Boaz, narrated in the book of Ruth. It is proven that the book of Ruth identifies the tribal and family organization system, as a system in which sharing and fraternity were evidenced in the law of gleaning and redemption, in contrast to the structural evil present in that period. In this context, the relationship between Ruth and Boaz highlights actions that dignify the widow and foreign woman and deconstruct the structural evil

A narrativa mostra que o livro de Rute une temas e preocupações de suma importância à reflexão naqueles dias, tais como a desconstrução do mal estrutural e o respeito à mulher a partir do perfil de Boaz como um homem digno, com atributos pessoais, associados aos nobres daquele tempo. Os problemas que se apresentam para esta pesquisa são: Qual a proposta do livro de Rute para superação do mal estrutural? Como a atitude de Boaz supera os problemas de relação entre masculino e feminino? Boaz representa o modelo de um hebreu com perfil ideal de masculinidade, conforme a sociedade da época? Propõe-se estabelecer o pano de fundo utilizando-se da pesquisa sobre o mal estrutural trazendo a solidariedade a partir da figura de Boaz como uma desconstrução desse mal, baseado na diferença da realidade social da época. Faz-se a análise sobre a desconstrução do mal estrutural e a promoção de ações que valorizam a mulher com base nas relações de cuidado e solidariedade promovidos por Boaz, narrados no livro de Rute. Comprova-se que o livro de Rute identifica o sistema de organização tribal e familiar, como um sistema em que a partilha e a fraternidade eram evidenciadas na lei da respiga e do resgate, em contraste com o mal estrutural presente naquele período.
