The highways and paved streets are necessary for the terrestrial transports, it is through these that gives the economic growth. In a country like Brazil, which carries 62% of its cargo and 96% of its passengers by road, the improvement of the road system is urgent not only for those who carry out the transport activity, but for all sectors of the economy and society in general, depend on them to achieve satisfactory levels of development. The choice for this theme was the search for sustainable measures and better cost in the engineering area, and, in this context has inserted the reuse of tire rubber, since conventional pavement has high costs and in some cases low quality, being important as soon as new alternatives with less cost benefit are looked for. The present study consists of performing a comparative cost analysis between rubber asphalt and conventional asphalt, presenting the advantages, disadvantages and economic-financial viability in the city of Goiânia. The study presented the improvements achieved with the use of rubberized asphalt in the durability, maintenance cost and sustainability of the amount of CO2 ceased to be released in nature, thus encouraging public administration, area technicians, adopting the use of Rubber Modified Asphalt (AMB). The pavement adds ductility to lower temperatures and higher consistency at high temperatures, which affect the reduction of maintenance costs / final costs, since it will support greater climate differentiation compared to conventional pavement.
