Resumo: The Multiprofessional Residency in Health, as a training proposal, constitutes a significant space that seeks a transformation in the strategic areas for the Unified Health System (SUS), highlights the construction of an Interdisciplinary practice, with the potential to contribute to the overcoming a compartmentalized, fragmented and individual vision / action in health. Thus, this study aims to Identify and Analyze the Residents' Appropriation on Interdisciplinarity in the Theoretical-Practical Training Process of Multiprofessional Residency in Health at Hospital das Clinicas - HC / UFG / EBESERH. It is a qualitative research, delineated through bibliographical research, documentary and field research, and was carried out in a University Hospital, with sixteen members of the Multiprofessional Health Residency Program, between June and July 2016, who met the inclusion criteria. The interviews were granted to the researcher through semi-structured interviews. Critical analyzes and reflections are supported by the dialectical method. It should be emphasized that the interdisciplinary training is still a challenge to be fully achieved in health training in the context of the Multiprofessional Health Residency of HC-UFG / EBSERH. For the simple insertion of professionals from different areas into a health team or residence program is not enough to guarantee their interdisciplinary character.

Dessa forma, este estudo tem como objetivo Identificar e Analisar a Apropriação dos Residentes sobre a Interdisciplinaridade no Processo de Formação Teórico-prático da Residência Multiprofissional em saúde do Hospital das Clínicas – HC/UFG/EBESERH. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, delineada por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, pesquisa documental e pesquisa de campo, tendo sido realizada em um hospital Universitário, com dezesseis integrantes do Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde, entre os meses de junho a julho de 2016, que preencheram os critérios de inclusão. Os depoimentos foram concedidos à pesquisadora por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas. As análises e reflexões críticas estão apoiadas no método dialético. Destaca-se que a formação interdisciplinar ainda constitui um desafio a ser alcançado em sua plenitude na formação em saúde no contexto da Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde do HC-UFG/EBSERH.
