Resumo: The movement of people caused by the financial situation and the chances of a better life led thousands of brazilians to discover new horizons. This academic essay, have no intention to exhaust the topic discusses the negative legal consequences of citizen of Goiás who emigrates abroad. On his way in the search of success leaves behind rights and obligations. In his return meets severe difficulties for rehabilitation and to fit to the world that once left waiting. The implications are treated with extremely importance to readapt, especially in regard to the exercise of citizenship in his homeland. The intention of this is to address the main problems faced by the citizen of Goiás when returns, his difficulties with documentation, to readapt to everyday life and their losses on their rights to citizenship. The method of approach is dialect. Found the expected results, pointing out the problems and concludes that lack of information is causing by disarray and which can avoid most of the losses identified in a simple way.

O presente trabalho, sem pretensão de esgotar o tema aborda os reflexos jurídicos negativos do cidadão goiano que emigra do exterior. Em sua ida em busca de sucesso deixa para traz direitos e obrigações. No retorno encontra dificuldades severas para readaptação e adequação ao mundo que um dia deixou lhe aguardando. As implicações tratadas são de relevante importância a readequação, principalmente no que tange ao exercício da cidadania em sua terra natal. Objetiva-se como presente trabalho abordar os principais problemas encontrados pelo cidadão goiano quando retorna, suas dificuldades com a documentação, adequação a vida cotidiana e suas perdas em seus direitos de exercício da cidadania. O método utilizado na abordagem é dialético. Encontrou-se o resultado esperado, apontando os problemas e conclui-se que a ausência de informação é o causador da celeuma e que pode-se evitar a maioria das perdas apontadas de forma simples.Made available in DSpace on 2016-08-10T10:47:33Z (GMT).
