Resumo: Abs The objective of this research is to analyze the construction process of local productive arrangements - APLS, as a mechanism for innovation in local development strategies. In cutting, the emphasis is on account of the APL Jaraguá, city of the state of Goias, toward the branch “clothing”. The central concern is to understand how the production process of APL “recipes” manage (or not) the production process and environmental issues. For this analysis will be considered a coordinated cooperation between businesses as competitive strategy for micro and small enterprises, the relationship between coordinated cooperation, social responsibility, and environment. The population used for this work are from 208 companies that are part of APL As data collection techniques were used in the questionnaire and semi-structured. No recorte, o destaque fica por conta do APL de Jaraguá, município do Estado de Goiás, voltado para o ramo de “confecções”. A preocupação central é entender como o processo produtivo do APL “confecções” gerencia (ou não) com responsabilidade social e ambiental todo o processo de produção. Para esta análise será considerada a cooperação coordenada entre as empresas como estratégia competitiva para as micro e pequenas empresas; as relações existentes entre cooperação coordenada, responsabilidades social, e meio ambiente. A população utilizada para este trabalho é de 204 empresas que fazem parte do APL Como técnica de coleta de dados foram utilizados o questionário e a entrevista semiestruturada.
