The present work is the result of research on black feminist thought as a critical social theory, and the intersectionality and the method / concept perspective method / concept. It seeks to analyze the experiences of black women social workers through black feminist thinking. One of the hypotheses is that there is an invisibility of black women social workers in the category, or not protagonism, which strengthens the reproduction of racism and other oppression which makes it difficult to transform reality, considering that the first step is to assume, and to know to change. The research revealed that even with the renewal of Social Work, since the 1980s, it still minimally discusses the racial ethnic theme, and that there is still an inequality between the role of white and black professionals, since racism is structural, therefore, science, the spaces are in this structure, so the Social Service reproduces the silence that places racism as racism of the other, and does not consider the specificities of the black population historically stigmatized, and scrapped of essential rights and goods and services for dignified reproduction. We perceive that the position of black social workers is that of outsiders from the inside, because they run through racist structures, and invisibility in professional careers and personal trajectories, mostly perceive how these structures have affected their conditions of protagonism, in the profession and in the places they occupy. However, there is a need to expand the scope of studies involving black feminist thinking, which permeates the racial ethnic theme, as it is no longer tolerable a lack of collective commitment, whether the black population is a user or not, which requires the decolonization of society. science, of spaces inside and outside Social Work, and the incessant search not only in the fight against capitalism, but against racism and other forms of oppression because the struggle with only one axis, is an incomplete struggle
