Considering that literature in its fantastic nature establishes relationship with fantasy, the wonderful and the stranger, may be highlighted that these narrative techniques are not attached to categorical definitions, but, coming across the centuries and taking various forms accelerating increasing their mobility. Because it is a subversion of the rational and, because the reason goes through conceptual adjustments, the wonderful narrative always goes through different situations, raising issues that touch directly on the individual dramas, through events that the alleged reason does not know. In this study, the main reason for the choice of A Centopéia de Neon by Edival Lourenço, as the central object of study, can be explained because of the use of narrative techniques that offer variations of a self narrator operating modes among the homo, hetero and autodiegetic, providing a tour inside the Mr. Lourenço´s narrative. Therefore we propose an analysis of these narrative procedures that create situations mixing reason, reality, hesitation, faith and supernatural, focusing on the nature of fantastic literature, with the possibility of evolution for the wonderful and strange, from the text, in dialogues with other narrative texts that also have these features in its construction. Thus, we seek the perception on screen romance and how it is organized in its fictional universe on their investment in the fantastic, wonderful and strange genres, addressing the creation of atmospheres that raise an impression of mystery, through the focus on narrative techniques listed for research. These are the main features of our object of study, which constructive proposal points to these possible effects and expectations in its revelation of the world, embodied in the fantastic nature and its neighboring genres, having the artistic context as the imagination and placeless.
