When accepting the negative to sanguine's transfusions as the main differentiating symbol offered by the Jehovah's Witnesses in the salvation market, taking by reference the categories of sociology of symbolic systems, as well as the notion of symbolic field, and supported by the report of this religious group, it is possible to search the way that abstention of blood produces the consensus among the consumers of this symbolic goods, of forging them an own identity and qualify them to the application with other salvation companies. More over, this same theoretical referencial allows how to glimpse the reason because of the salvation company doesn't get to achieve success in the juridical field, although it gets in a certain way in the religious field, dealing with the judicial discussions that tells about the negative in submitting with treatments that requires sanguine transfusion. After all, in the measure that the religious and juridical structures are sent to social structure, one cannot hope that the juridical agent gives safeguard to the pretensions of a new salvation company, because when legitimating a new symbolism, it opens the margin to asking about the every existent symbolic order in which its own position has been found legitimated by it. It is understood, this way, that it is not only a matter of doctrine about the abstention of Jehovah's Witnesses blood it has a symbolic logical strength justifying the existence, but also, that the own defeat suffered by judicial's cases it sent to such a social structure, whose maintenance in it is a constant through their agents' practice. In this way, far away from being, merely religious or juridical, the problematic is, it is more than anything else, symbolic, structural and sociological.
