Resumo: a historical possibility from 1832 to 2010, presented to Postgraduate History Course in Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás, often abbreviated as PUC-GO. This is a research about Goiás history which has the purpose of recognizing the interior occupation that was the Goiano Southwest, with the object of investigation the city of Quirinópolis. Thus, it should be highlighted the importance of city development through means of communication and transport and the influence of the wealth generation market and preservation of cultural values. Methodologically, a theoretical analysis dissertation based on bibliographical and documental research was chosen. Finally, these results confirm our hypothesis that the physical space changes and the consumption in the period between 1832 to 2010 showed the connection of Goiás and Brazilian southeast besides prove that Goiano southwest occupation was financed by large farms. The foundation of this settlement, remembering it, assured the political power of traditional families who had the power in their large farms that were established in the region since 1832.

Trata-se de uma pesquisa sobre a História de Goiás que propõe reconhecer a ocupação do sertão que era o Sudoeste Goiano, tendo como objeto de investigação a cidade de Quirinópolis. Sendo assim, destaca a importância do desenvolvimento da cidade por meios de comunicação e transportes e a influência do mercado gerador de riquezas e preservação dos valores culturais. Metodologicamente, optouse por uma dissertação de análise teórica baseada em pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Enfim, os resultados obtidos confirmam nossa hipótese constata que a transformação do espaço físico e o consumo entre o período de 1832 e 2010 mostrou a conexão de Goiás com o sudeste brasileiro , além de comprovar que no sudoeste goiano a ocupação foi financiada pelas grandes propriedades rurais. Lembrando ainda que a fundação desse povoado assegurou o poder político das famílias tradicionais que exerciam os domínios em suas grandes propriedades rurais estabelecidas na região desde 1832.Made available in DSpace on 2016-08-10T10:34:40Z (GMT).
