Resumo: | This research deals with the development of argumentative skills by students of the 1st year of elementary school to solve problems of additive field utterance. National and international studies on the topic of argumentation highlight the difficulties to develop works with this theme and the little attention given to the subject, besides the important role of the teacher in the diffusion of this practice. Thus, using the principles of Didactic Engineering as a research methodology, we draw a research course that involved aspects of the processes of both the teaching and the learning of argumentation in Mathematics. Through a questionnaire applied to 81 teachers, who work in the first year of Elementary Education, in different regions of the country, we approached their conceptions and performed a praxeological analysis of the didactic book that most of the members of this group adopted in order to verify how the argumentation is treated in this didactic material. From this perspective, we tried to answer the following research question: does a didactic sequence that articulates the problem solving of additive structures and different moments of discussion in the classroom favor the development of argumentative skills by 1st year students of elementary school? We referred to Brousseau's Theory of Educational Situations (TSD) and Vergnaud's Conceptual Field Theory (TCC) to construct a didactic sequence with six problems of additive structures involving different instances of interaction: the student with the mathematical object, the student with the teacher, the students among themselves and the teacher with the students. For the analyzes, we relied on Toulmin's structural model to qualify arguments. The experiment was carried out in a school in São Paulo by the teacher of a class of 15 students of the 1st year and with the participant observation of the researcher. The analyzes of the activities of the didactic sequence showed that the dialectics involved in didactic situations favored the development of argumentative skills by the students, propitiating the appropriation of knowledge related to the resolution of additive field problems. They also demonstrated the important role of the teacher in both transferring responsibility to the student for the challenge of solving problems as in orchestrating the moments of collective discussion with the class |

Estudos de âmbito nacional e internacional sobre o tema da argumentação destacam as dificuldades para desenvolver trabalhos com essa temática e a pouca atenção dada ao tema, além do importante papel do(a) professor(a) para a difusão dessa prática. Assim, utilizando os princípios da Engenharia Didática como metodologia de pesquisa, traçamos um percurso de investigação que envolveu aspectos dos processos tanto do ensino, quanto da aprendizagem da argumentação em Matemática. Por meio de um questionário aplicado a 81 professores, que atuam no 1º ano do Ensino Fundamental, em diferentes regiões do país, nos aproximamos de suas concepções e realizamos uma análise praxeológica do livro didático que a maioria dos integrantes desse grupo adotava, a fim de verificarmos como a argumentação é tratada nesse material didático. A partir desse panorama, procuramos responder à seguinte questão de pesquisa: uma sequência didática que articula a resolução de problemas de estruturas aditivas e diferentes momentos de discussão em sala de aula favorece o desenvolvimento de competências argumentativas por estudantes do 1º ano do Ensino Fundamental? Referenciamo-nos na Teoria das Situações Didáticas (TSD), de Brousseau, e na Teoria dos Campos Conceituais (TCC), de Vergnaud, para a construção de uma sequência didática com seis problemas de estruturas aditivas que envolviam distintas instâncias de interação: do estudante com o objeto matemático, do estudante com a professora, dos estudantes entre os estudantes e da professora com os estudantes. Para as análises, apoiamo-nos no modelo estrutural para qualificar argumentos, de Toulmin. O experimento foi desenvolvido em uma escola de São Paulo, pela professora de uma turma de 15 estudantes do 1º ano, com a observação participativa da pesquisadora. As análises das atividades da sequência didática evidenciaram que as dialéticas envolvidas nas situações didáticas favoreceram o desenvolvimento de competências argumentativas pelos estudantes, propiciando a apropriação de conhecimentos relacionados à resolução de problemas do campo aditivo. Também evidenciaram o importante papel da professora tanto na transferência de responsabilidade ao estudante para o desafio de resolver os problemas, quanto na orquestração dos momentos de discussão coletivos realizados com a turmaCoordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/50567/Simone%20Aparecida%20dos%20Anjos%20Azevedo.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Educação MatemáticaPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de Ciências Exatas e TecnologiaArgumentação em MatemáticaMomentos de discussão em aulaMatemática (Ensino fundamental) - Estudo e ensinoArgumentation in MathematicsMoments of discussion in classMathematics (Elementary School) - Study and teachingCNPQ::CIENCIAS EXATAS E DA TERRA::MATEMATICAO desafio de argumentar nas aulas de Matemática: uma investigação com estudantes do 1º ano do Ensino Fundamentalinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTSimone Aparecida dos Anjos Azevedo.pdf.txtSimone Aparecida dos Anjos Azevedo.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain582955https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/22665/4/Simone%20Aparecida%20dos%20Anjos%20Azevedo.pdf.txt7cf6b120321a57c50f5a9f33c36d6d55MD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
