This dissertation focuses on the analysis of invisible architectures that emerge at the confluence of Human Rights, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the power of data, proposing a critical-dialectical exegesis of the transmutations that these technologies impose on human dignity. It begins with a review of the (r)evolution of Human Rights, mapping the transition from classical paradigms to the aporias of this borderless world, marked by the rise of digital rights and the flourishing global citizenship. The investigation advances by exploring how the convergence between Big Data systems and machine learning resignifies the concept of social participation, eroding individual autonomy and exposing subjects to contemporary forms of algorithmic surveillance and behavioral control. Subsequently, it delves into the ethical terrain, scrutinizing the moral dilemmas and responsibilities associated with the use of algorithms, focusing on accountability, transparency, and explicability of code sources and multiconnected software. Consequently, governance structures are proposed that aim to balance innovation and protection of fundamental rights, outlining a horizon where justice and dignity are preserved in an ethical and sustainable digital future
