Its core of this thesis study on the police investigation from the perspective of a defense of the Institute carried out through the language of law enforcement officers who deal with the investigation procedure, competence, initially, the Judicial Police. The work was divided into six chapters. Also integrate the study introduction, conclusions, bibliographies and relevant attachments. The chapters are distributed as follows: the first deals with the methodological aspects, the second deals with language, followed by studies of propaganda, the fourth chapter deals with the Police and its divisions the fifth chapter of the police inquiry and the search brings the last interviews of the operators the right. Initially, the first chapter presents the problem of how to guide the research paradigms and the difficulty of developing something beyond literature. The choice of method of interviews and the procedures adopted. In the second chapter dealt with the issue is language, its risks and instrumentality as well as a means of conflict resolution and employee with strategy and negotiation. The third chapter addresses the term of propaganda and its role in communication and its functions in relation to the field of consumer organizations are increasingly advantageous. In the chapter that addresses the different police institutions are listed the Judicial Police or Civil and Military Police. Because this issue of Inquiry, Research, prosecutors are inserted in this Chapter. Here are the fifth chapter where they will be treated forms of inquiry and the institutions that develop and are treated by the Doctrine. In the final chapter are the interviews of law enforcement officers and how they treat, verbalize the Institute Legal Officer Survey
