Resumo: This dissertation proposes to investigate the way through which the voice of the narrator in the short story "Kadosh" (1973) by Hilda Hilst is constituted. The research aims at comparing Kadosh's peregrination to the aesthetics chosen by the author, including its hybridity in terms of the literary genres, the traits imprinted in the body of the text, as well as how the poetic language demands and promotes a place of otherness. Our research is based on the hypothesis that the voice of the narrator in Hilst represents the poetic undertaking, as a symbolic place created in order to generate a relationship of otherness with the reader through a performance writing. As such, we investigate, through a qualitative and descriptive research, the main characteristics of Hilda Hilst's creation of a poetic voice, considering an attentive reading of her published works, from the time of her debut as a poet to the constitution of this corpus, which unveils the concepts of performance and corporeality of the text as our theoretical cornerstone. As such, we have used the concept of voice by Massaud Moisés and Paul Zumthor; of performance by Richard Schechner, Renato Cohen and Paul Zumthor; of rhythm, image and language by Octavio Paz and Gaston Bachelard and Alberto Manguel's considerations (2018), Roland Barthes (2010) and Wolfgang Iser (1999) in terms of the relationship between the act of reading and the reader. We also use the concept of corporeality from the studies by George Bataille (2017) and Michel Collot (2004). In this research, we have found traits imprinted in the body of the text that create an experience in a way that transcend what the theory defines as performance: it is not a voice alone that performs in this corpus, but the text itself, in a structural aesthetics that communicates as the page turns into a stage and the words themselves come to life

Esta pesquisa busca comparar a peregrinação de Kadosh à estética escolhida pela autora, seu hibridismo de gêneros literários, as marcas deixadas no corpo do texto e como sua linguagem poética exige a formação de um lugar de escuta. Partimos da hipótese de que a voz do narrador hilstiano representa o fazer poético, como lugar simbólico constituído, a fim de criar uma relação de alteridade com o leitor por meio de sua escritura performática. Com base nessa premissa, investigamos, de forma qualitativa e descritiva, as principais características da voz poética de Hilda Hilst, por meio de uma leitura atenta das obras publicadas, desde sua estreia como poeta, até a constituição deste corpus, que apontaram os conceitos de performance e corporeidade do texto como nossos pilares teóricos. Para tanto, foram utilizados os conceitos de voz de Massaud Moisés e Paul Zumthor; de performance de Richard Schechner, Renato Cohen e Paul Zumthor; a concepção de ritmo, imagem e linguagem de Octavio Paz e Gaston Bachelard e as considerações de Alberto Manguel, Roland Barthes e Wolfgang Iser no tocante à relação entre leitura e leitor. Valemo-nos também, para a conceituação de corporeidade, dos estudos de George Bataille e Michel Collot. Nesta pesquisa, foram encontradas, em “Kadosh”, marcas textuais que criam uma experiência do modo de fazer que transpõem as definições teóricas de performance: não é apenas a voz que performa neste corpus, mas o próprio texto, uma estrutura estética que se comunica e se faz em cena, fazendo da página o palco das palavrasCoordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/49591/Maria%20Andrade%20Vieira.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Literatura e Crítica LiteráriaPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de Filosofia, Comunicação, Letras e ArtesHilst, Hilda [1930-2004] - Crítica e interpretaçãoKadoshVozHilst, Hilda [1930-2004] - Criticism and interpretationKadoshVoiceCNPQ::LINGUISTICA, LETRAS E ARTES::LETRAS::TEORIA LITERARIAVoz, performance e subversão: um estudo do narrador em “Kadosh”, de Hilda HilstVoice, performance and subversion: a Study of the Narrator in “Kadosh”, by Hilda Hilstinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTMaria Andrade Vieira.pdf.txtMaria Andrade Vieira.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain172442https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/22345/4/Maria%20Andrade%20Vieira.pdf.txt4561b1e141794b4bf6c9f2b5fcc7925dMD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
