Resumo: The present work aims to explain the International Traffic in Women for the Purpose of Sexual Exploitation, based on the terms of Law No. 13.344/2016, which consists of a serious violation of Human Rights. Currently, the number of victims related to this crime has increased substantially throughout the world, including in Brazil, which today is the country white apercentage of 92,36% of the processes in relation to violations involving children and adolescents. And that every day in Brazil in the year 2024, there was a record of human trafficking. The research methodology used for this work is exploratory, as it allows us to understand factors that lead women and adolescents to enter this environment, such as the lack of resources and public policies that enable, through information, security measures to instruct people, and prevent or reduce the occurrence of this crime. Understand what crime is and how recruiters act, with seductive offers of work or opportunities to change your life. And how the internet has become an ally of recruiters, especially in the COVID-19 pandemic, where there was a potential increase in crimes through sociais networks, as children and adolescents became accustomed to the digital era. It is concluded that it is essential to create security campaigns on the main destination routes where this trafficking occurs, using technology in favor of the law, essential measures to curb this crime and in the face of this enriching the investigation to delve deeper and obtain data collected in each country and destination where this crime is currently targeted
