Resumo: The main objective of this dissertation was to know the life projects of the Young Women who fulfill the socio-educative measure of deprivation of freedom and to analyze if and how the Public Policy of Socio-education, through the Opportunities and Socio-Educational Rights Program, covers the specificities and expectations of women in their execution. Based on the principles of participatory research and the feminist approach, the research had as an attempt to research with them. The Young Women comply with the socio-educational measure of deprivation of liberty in the Centro de Atendimento Socioeducativo Feminino ?CASEF? (Center for Socioeducational Assistance for Women), located in the capital of Rio Grande do Sul. The methodology used contributed to reach the youth voices through interviews, diaries about the production of photographs and participant observation, as well as their intertwining with the guidance documents and the perception of the program management. Along the methodological path, photography was used to "capture" and describe the dreams of the eight young women, and to analyze the viable life projects. In order to do so, a workshops were held so the young women would learn some photographic techniques. The diary proposal served as a record of the impressions on the produced images and, at the same time, a journal of observations on the entire research process was carried out by the master degree student. The young women also answered a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview was conducted with the coordinator of the Opportunities and Socio-Educational Rights Program. The results pointed to the need to broaden the intersectional discussion, which includes, among other aspects, gender relations in the Socio-education Policy, closer listening to the young women, as well as the understanding that the construction of a life project can demand of us the remembrance and the elaboration of memory, that is, the process of thinking the future is a constant craft between the past and the present.

A partir dos princ?pios da pesquisa participante e da hermen?utica feminista, a pesquisa teve como intento pesquisar com elas. As Jovens Mulheres cumprem medida socioeducativa de priva??o de liberdade no Centro de Atendimento Socioeducativo Feminino, o CASEF, localizado na capital do Rio Grande do Sul. A metodologia utilizada contribuiu para alcan?ar as vozes juvenis por meio de entrevistas, di?rios sobre a produ??o de fotografias e observa??o participante, al?m de seu entrecruzamento com os documentos orientadores e a percep??o da gest?o do programa. Ao longo do percurso metodol?gico foi utilizada a fotografia para ?capturar? e descrever os sonhos das oito jovens, e analisar os projetos de vida vi?veis. Para tanto, foram realizadas oficinas para que as Jovens aprendessem algumas t?cnicas fotogr?ficas. A proposta do di?rio serviu como registro das impress?es sobre as imagens produzidas e, simultaneamente um di?rio de observa??es sobre todo o processo da pesquisa foi realizado pela mestranda. As jovens tamb?m responderam a um question?rio e foi realizada uma entrevista semi-estruturada com a coordenadora do Programa de Oportunidades e Direitos Socioeducativo.
