Resumo: The environment represents one of the constitutional foundations, also making the working environment. In this scenario, the worker's health is the greatest good to be protected and will be analyzed in view of the current globalized society, as well as the preterit revolutions undergone by humanity. As a result, new risks to environmental and labor become noticeable, requiring careful analysis, including its protection, linked to the principles of the environment. ISO 26000, which establishes guidelines on social responsibility emerges as a mechanism that represents the interests of global society, which regulate themselves, the recommended setting by Niklas Luhmann's Theory of Systems.
