Resumo: This research aims to identify the critical elements that influence the adoption of the integrated "Leagile" perspective in the relationship between companies in the automotive supply chain. Through an exploratory qualitative study using the critical incident technique, we seek to contribute to the literature by filling the existing gap regarding further studies on the Leagile perspective applied to the context of the interfirm relationship. This approach is still under-explored, both in the literature on supply chain management and in good business practices. Although the Lean and Agile philosophies have been widely studied for many decades, this has occurred in isolation and applied exclusively to the context of manufacture. The application of these combined perspectives in the context of supply chain relationships is still recent and little discussed. As it is a recent topic, from the perspective of a new application, the study requires an in - depth exploratory research, in the search for the understanding of the elements to be identified and their influences. The work identified aspects of the SCM relationship, relationship antecedents, and Lean and Agile perspectives of each SCM member with their connections and divergences. Decoupling points were identified, and a displacement proposal was presented to provide gain of channel flexibility. An analysis and decision scheme have been proposed to direct managerial work in organizations that wish to implement integrated strategies such as Leagile.

Por meio de um estudo qualitativo exploratório, utilizando a técnica do incidente crítico, buscou-se contribuir com a literatura através do preenchimento da lacuna existente, quanto aos estudos mais aprofundados, sobre a perspectiva Leagile aplicada ao contexto do relacionamento interfirmas. Essa abordagem ainda é pouco explorada, tanto pela literatura quanto por boas práticas mpresariais. Embora as filosofias Lean e Ágile tenham sido por muitas décadas amplamente estudadas, foram desenvolvidas de maneira isolada e aplicada exclusivamente ao contexto da manufatura. A aplicação destas perspectivas combinadas no contexto das relações na supply chain ainda é recente e pouco abordada. Como se trata de tema recente, sob perspectiva de nova aplicação, o estudo busca pelo entendimento dos elementos a serem identificados e suas influências. O trabalho busco identificar aspectos do relacionamento SCM, antecedentes do relacionamento e perspectivas Lean e Ágile de cada membro do canal com suas conexões e divergências, por meio de entrevistas a três membros desta SCM, os quais possuem elos entre si e grau de dependência entre si. Pontos de desacoplamento foram identificados e uma proposta de deslocamento foi apresentada para proporcionar ganho de flexibilidade do canal.
