Resumo: A temporary work environment containing areas of support to the production process, such as the administrative, operational, and living areas should be foreseen and planned as support to the implementation of works. These types of facilities are very common in sites and their planning is as important as the provision of the physical flow of materials necessary to the execution of the services. However, the way this is designed not always follows the laid down rules that add productivity to the process. Nor does it meet the diversity of existing typologies for the design of interim facilities. Currently, there are specific industrial constructive systems developed for provisional installations with a focus on integration between assembling and disassembling procedures, and in the reuse and recycling of components. The incorporation of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology in the Brazilian market currently has an emphasis on the design phase for buildings due to its consolidated advantages. However, this work supports the use of BIM for the design of temporary construction site installations. In this sense, the general objective of this research was to analyze the production process of provisional facilities industrialized in wood. The feasibility of using BIM concepts also for this type of project, enabling the aggregation of this methodology benefits is thus presented as a specific objective. Through the Case Study method, the field research is presented, containing reports of visits to two plant manufacturers, follow-up of two works, and proposition of a 4D virtual model simulating the phases of fabrication, assembly, and disassembly. The results indicated that the production process of provisional facilities could be improved with minor changes and also that it is possible to have benefits in the use of BIM for drafting, design, and simulation of assembly and disassembly. The tool obtained can be used for the implementation planning and also for training of workers. It was found that suppliers offer the opportunity to reuse industrialized facilities, helping to reduce waste and costs and to promote sustainability.

It was found that suppliers offer the opportunity to reuse industrialized facilities, helping to reduce waste and costs and to promote sustainability.Como estrutura de suporte à execução das obras, deve ser previsto e planejado um ambiente de trabalho provisório, que contenha áreas de apoio ao processo de produção, como as áreas administrativas, de vivência e operacionais. Esses tipos de instalações são muito comuns nas obras e o seu planejamento é tão importante quanto a disposição dos fluxos físicos de materiais necessários à execução dos serviços. Entretanto, a forma como este ambiente é projetado nem sempre segue regras estabelecidas e que agreguem produtividade ao processo. Tampouco se busca conhecer a diversidade de tipologias existentes para o projeto das instalações provisórias. Atualmente, existem sistemas construtivos industrializados específicos desenvolvidos para as instalações provisórias com foco na integração entre os processos de montagem e desmontagem, no reaproveitamento e na reciclagem dos componentes. A incorporação da tecnologia BIM (Building Information Modeling) no mercado brasileiro atualmente tem ênfase na fase de projeto para edifícios, devido às suas vantagens consolidadas. Porém, este trabalho defende a utilização de BIM voltada para o projeto das instalações provisórias do canteiro de obras. Neste sentido, o objetivo geral desta pesquisa foi analisar o processo de produção das instalações provisórias industrializadas em madeira. Como objetivo específico, apresenta-se a viabilidade da utilização dos conceitos BIM também para este tipo de projeto, podendo agregar os benefícios desta metodologia. Por meio do método do Estudo de Caso, apresenta-se a pesquisa de campo que contém relato de visitas a dois fabricantes de instalações, acompanhamento de duas obras e proposição de um modelo virtual 4D simulando as fases de fabricação, montagem e desmontagem. Os resultados indicaram que o processo de produção das instalações provisórias pode ser melhorado com pequenas alterações e é possível ter benefícios na utilização do BIM para a concepção, projeto e simulações da montagem e desmontagem. A ferramenta obtida pode servir para o planejamento da execução e também para treinamentos de operários. Verificou-que os fornecedores oferecem a oportunidade da reutilização das instalações industrializadas, contribuindo para diminuir desperdícios e custos, e promover a sustentabilidade.Financiadora de Estudos e Projetos (FINEP)FINEP: 5271porUniversidade Federal de São CarlosCâmpus São CarlosPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia Civil - PPGECivUFSCarInstalações provisóriasCanteiro de obrasInstalações industrializadas em madeiraProvisional facilitiesConstruction siteIndustrialized facilities in woodBuilding Information ModelingENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA CIVIL::CONSTRUCAO CIVILProcesso produtivo de instalações provisórias de madeira para canteiros de obrasProduction process for wood provisional installations in construction sitesinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisOnline6006006d0a9f0e-68c5-46b0-a4bb-e25f58218de7info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Repositório Institucional da UFSCARinstname:Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCAR)instacron:UFSCARORIGINALDissertação Fernando Braga UFSCar 06nov2018.docx.pdfDissertação Fernando Braga UFSCar 06nov2018.docx.pdfapplication/pdf4469766https://repositorio.ufscar.br/bitstreams/6d2ed92d-f5a8-497e-8560-f7d2810e5a8c/download85928c036734c7041f1473817ee606e1MD51trueAnonymousREADLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
