Trafficking in human beings is intimately and, in the vast majority of cases, related to the fragility of the victims, who are deceived in search of a better life opportunity and, when they realize the reality, find themselves trapped in a criminal network that practically makes it impossible for him to return to freedom. In addition, there are several aspects that contribute to more people becoming victims of criminals. For our legal system, human trafficking is considered to be the conduct of arranging, enticing, recruiting, transporting, transferring, buying, housing or receiving a person, through serious threat, violence, coercion, fraud or abuse, with the specific intention of removing organs, tissues or body parts, submitting her to work in conditions analogous to slavery, subjecting her to any type of servitude, illegal adoption or sexual exploration. Despite the seriousness of the aforementioned conducts, exploitation for the purpose of removing organs causes an even more serious perplexity, as it directly impacts the health and well-being of the victims; which is why the largest investigation to combat the removal of organs that occurred in the national territory will be studied, namely BISTURI Operation, launched by the Federal Police; aiming, among other things, to understand the reason why the victims gave in to the false promises of the enticers. It is believed, therefore, that said research will be important, since it will raise relevant data for the legal community, not yet produced, in view of the way of approaching the theme.
