Resumo: The objective of this research is to work on the concepts of risk management in software engineering projects whose management uses the agile Scrum methodology. The project seeks to incorporate, mainly in the Scrum rites, risk management and thus bring activities such as risk identification, risk assessment and risk monitoring as an integral part of the agile methodology. Risks in the Scrum agile methodology will be raised from a focus group discussion, with the participation of subject matter experts, with the objective of creating a risk checklist to be used during the application of the methodology. This checklist will be adapted into a statement format in order to apply a questionnaire so that other Scrum and Risk Management practitioners can respond with the degree of agreement with the statements made. A model of incorporating Risk Management into the Scrum agile methodology is proposed and, finally, the conclusion of all this research.

O projeto busca incorporar, principalmente nos ritos previstos no Scrum, o gerenciamento de riscos e, assim, trazer atividades como identificação de riscos, avaliação de riscos e monitoração de riscos como parte integrante da metodologia ágil. Os riscos na metodologia ágil Scrum serão levantados a partir de uma discussão em Grupo Focal, com participação de especialistas no assunto, com o objetivo de criar em um checklist de riscos a ser utilizado durante a aplicação da metodologia. Tal checklist será adaptado em um formato de afirmações no intuito de aplicar um questionário para que outros entendedores do Scrum e Gestão de Riscos possam responder com o grau de concordância em relação às afirmações colocadas.
