A construção do Projeto de Vida para os adolescentes em privação de liberdade: uma proposição para a socioeducação no Distrito Federal

Resumo: This research is justified by the increasing number of teenagers in compliance of deprivation of freedom measures and the great difficulty of accomplishing the goals from the Individual Plan of Assessment (PIA). During the researcher’s participation on a Project from FAP-FD, in 2018, the question was brought up: in which measure the construction of the Life Project influences the teenager throughout the socio-education regime? In this sense, this research has as main goal to investigate this influence from the Life Project on the elaboration and its range over PIA. We sought to describe the profile of the teenagers in a Socio-education Unity from the Federal District, also to make the construction of the Life Project with five teenagers in compliance of deprivation of freedom from this Socio-Education Unity, to investigate the perspective of four educators and three socio-education managers about the impact of the Life Project on the duty of the PIA’s goals, and to analyze the goals proposed by five teenagers in the PIA and these goals’ relation with the Life Project. It is important to stand-out that the Life Project’s elaboration is based on the theory by Viktor Frankl, and seeks the free will, the will of feeling and meaning of life, bringing the discussion about past paths and the ones that are yet to be built by the teenagers. This work is based on the conceptions about adolescence, Life Project, Logotherapy, public politics regarding the adolescent in conflict with the law and the PIA. The research presented here followed the quality methodology by using the procedures of a interventiveparticipating-research and also the use of the following instruments for data collection: research diary, semi-structured interview with the teenagers, teachers and managers and documental analysis; the investigation was interpreted through the content analysis. Therefore, it was possible to understand how the Life Project is able to collaborate with the achievement and fulfillment of the PIA’s goals, helping to promote the reflection, self-knowledge and the discovery about the meaning of life.

Foi durante a participação da pesquisadora no Projeto da FAP-DF, em 2018, que surgiu a problematização: em qual medida a construção do Projeto de Vida influencia o adolescente em regime de socioeducação? Nesse sentido, esta pesquisa tem por objetivo geral, investigar essa influência da construção do Projeto de Vida na elaboração e no alcance das metas do PIA. Buscamos descrever o perfil dos adolescentes em cumprimento de medidas de privação de liberdade em uma Unidade Socioeducativa do DF, realizar a construção do Projeto de Vida com cinco adolescentes em cumprimento de medida de privação de liberdade nessa Unidade Socioeducativa, investigar a percepção de quatro educadores e três gestores da socioeducação sobre o impacto do Projeto de Vida no cumprimento das metas do PIA, analisar as metas propostas por cinco adolescentes no PIA e a relação com as propostas para o Projeto de Vida. Ressaltamos que a elaboração do Projeto de Vida é alicerçada na teoria de Viktor Frankl, e busca a liberdade de vontade, a vontade de sentido e o sentido da vida, trazendo a discussão sobre os caminhos já percorridos e os que ainda serão trilhados pelos adolescentes. Este trabalho se fundamenta nas concepções de adolescência, de Projeto de Vida, na Logoterapia, em políticas públicas no âmbito do adolescente em conflito com a lei e no PIA. A pesquisa aqui apresentada seguiu a metodologia qualitativa, utilizando o procedimento de pesquisa participativa interventiva e empregando os seguintes instrumentos de coleta de dados: diário de pesquisa, entrevista semiestruturada com adolescentes, professores e gestores e análise documental; a investigação foi interpretada por meio da análise de conteúdo.
