Resumo: The fundamental principle of inclusion is that all the people have their rights guaranteed and respected its peculiarities, ensuring their freedom and socially active participation. In this sense, laws and regulations that provide for the these guarantees were created. However, the effective implementation of these provisions not happened yet in full. The present study aimed to analyze how is the relationship between education and the world of work of the person with disabilities in the city of Two Neighbors / PR, taking account of the selection process, the Quota Law, duties and contributions performance its functions, educational process and social life, to understand the person with disabilities in social, to work. The theoretical framework was based on educational and labor laws and bibliographical studies, such as articles, magazines, theses and dissertations of the last twenty years. The methodology was qualitative, that is, analyzing the phenomenon in its entirety, account all aspects that involves the studying and not in isolation. The survey was conducted in the city Two Neighbors, located in the State of Paraná Southwest. During the research semi-structured interviews were conducted with the managers of 05 companies with over 100 employees; 02 educators and educational institutions; 05 persons with disabilities entered the world of work; as well as follow-up visits in the State College working on educational and professional inclusion. The data obtained through semi-structured interviews were analyzed through Bardin`s content analysis technique (1977), investigating in an objective, systematic and quantitative also the description of the content coming from the communication. It concludes that people with disabilities are in a growing process of integration in the workplace. Companies have sought to comply with the legislation, but this does not occur in full, mainly due to lack of skilled manpower suited to the corporate segment. The people with disabilities inserted at work, for the most part, development, mechanical activities and little of reasoning, normally fulfilling its function efficiently, effectively and assiduous. The study showed that this is due: the contact with specialized educational institutions, which make the link between family, work and accessibility; the agencies worked through the registration and dissemination of vacancies; and the process of differentiated and suitable selection for people with disabilities, who have been great allies in effective insertion at work, reducing turnover and increasing the satisfaction of both the business owner and the contractor. However, the relationship business education x occurs between specialized agencies and non-regular school, except for vacancies in technical or higher level. As for the educational process, although they have suffered prejudice in mainstream education, all they said to be of great value to obtaining the formal work, personal development and autonomy.

Neste sentido, foram criadas legislações e regulamentações que preveem essas garantias. No entanto, o cumprimento efetivo destas disposições ainda não se deu de forma plena. Assim, o presente trabalho objetivou analisar como se dá a relação entre educação e o mundo do trabalho da pessoa com deficiência no município de Dois Vizinhos/PR, norteando-se no processo de seleção, na Lei de Cotas, atribuições e contribuições no desempenho de suas funções, processo escolar e vida social, visando compreender a pessoa com deficiência em diversidade social, até o trabalho. O referencial teórico foi fundamentado nas legislações educacionais e trabalhistas e em estudos bibliográficos, como artigos, revistas, dissertações e teses dos últimos vinte anos. A metodologia utilizada foi a qualitativa, isto é, analisando o fenômeno em sua totalidade, consideração todos os aspectos que o envolve e não o estudando de forma isolada. A pesquisa foi realizada no município Dois Vizinhos, localizado no Sudoeste do Estado do Paraná. Durante a pesquisa foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas junto aos gestores de 05 empresas com mais de 100 funcionários; 02 educadoras de instituições de ensino e; 05 pessoas com deficiência inseridas no mundo do trabalho; além de visitas de acompanhamento em no Colégio Estadual que trabalha à inclusão educacional e profissional. Os dados obtidos através das entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas foram analisados por intermédio da técnica de Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin (1977), investigando de forma objetiva, sistemática e também quantitativa a descrição do conteúdo oriundo da comunicação. Conclui-se que as pessoas com deficiência estão em um processo crescente de inserção no meio laboral. As empresas têm buscado cumprir a legislação, porém isso não ocorre na íntegra, principalmente, devido à falta de mão-de-obra adequada para o segmento empresarial. As pessoas com deficiências inseridas no trabalho desempenham, em sua grande maioria, atividades mecânicas e de pouco desenvolvimento de raciocínio, cumprindo normalmente com sua função de forma eficiente, eficaz e assídua. O estudo demonstrou que isto ocorre devido: ao contato com instituições educacionais especializadas, que fazem o elo entre família, trabalho e acessibilidade; às agências do trabalhado, através do cadastro e divulgação de vagas; e ao processo de seleção diferenciado e adequado às pessoas com deficiência, os quais têm sido grandes aliados na efetiva inserção no trabalho, diminuindo a rotatividade e aumentando a satisfação tanto do empresário como do contratado. Contudo, a relação empresa x educação ocorre entre instituições especializadas e não Colégio regular, exceto para vagas em nível técnico ou superior. Quanto ao processo educacional, apesar de terem sofrido preconceito no ensino regular, todos afirmaram ser de grande valia para a obtenção do trabalho formal, desenvolvimento pessoal e autonomia.Made available in DSpace on 2016-09-20T12:13:05Z (GMT).
