Mulheres rés na Comarca de Mallet/PR (1935 - 1995)Mulheres résRELAÇOES DE GENEROPROCESSOS CRIMINAISMallet/PR(Mestrado em História) - Programa de Pós-Graduação em História, Universidade Estadual do Centro-OesteAs protagonistas desta pesquisa são mulheres que constam como rés, em processos criminais, produzidos pela Comarca de Mallet-PR, no período de 1935 a 1995. Diante das práticas, dos meios de violência e da postura ativa dessas mulheres, pretendemos identificar e evidenciar os enunciados acerca de mulheres, na condição de rés, nos registros processuais dos vários sujeitos, tais como, rés, réus, vítimas, testemunhas, promotores e juízes. Assim, selecionamos 28 processos criminais tipificados como lesão corporal, homicídio e infanticídio. A análise dos processos tem uma tripla inspiração teórica, a saber: conceitos relacionados ao estudo de gênero, baseado em Joan Scott; a contribuição de historiadores da violência, como Robert Muchembled, e os conceitos de relações de poder, enunciado e discurso de Michel Foucault. A despeito de terem suas vidas registradas, a partir do que se considerou crime, em determinada época, as mulheres de Mallet, uma região rural de nosso país, mostraram-se capazes de se defender e defender os filhos, de agredir vizinhos(as) fofoqueiros(as), em defesa da honra, de consumir álcool e terem desejos, como qualquer humano. Foram protagonistas de suas vidas e, de certa forma, romperam com o senso comum quanto a definições usuais de gênero, em seu tempo.The protagonists of this research are women who appear as defendants in criminal cases produced by the County of Mallet from 1935 to 1995. Put in front of the practices, the means of violence and the active posture of these women, we intended to identify and highlight the statements about the women in the condition of defendants in procedural records of various subjects, such as defendants, victims, witnesses, prosecutors and judges. Thus, we have selected 28 criminal cases classified as personal injury, homicide and infanticide. The analysis of these cases possesses a triple theoretical inspiration, namely: concepts related to the study of gender, based on Joan Scott; the contribution of historians specialized in violence, such as Robert Machembled, and Michel Foucault concepts of power, of statements and discourse. In spite of having their lives marked with what was considered a crime, at a given time, the women from Mallet and Paulo Frontin, a rural region of Brazil, were proven capable of defending themselves as well as their children, from being aggressive towards gossipy neighbors in defense of their honor, of consuming alcohol, of having desires like any human being.
