Resumo: | The Atlantic Forest Biome is constituted of a mosaic of vegetations including the Mixed Ombrophilous Forest (MOF), in addition to being distributed by almost the entire brazilian coast is also greatly devastated and still important ecosystem services which are enjoyed by much of the population living in the area of its scope. The forest sector is an important pillar of the brazilian economy. Due to these facts, it’s essential make studies to preserve what remains of the Atlantic Forest and minimize the impacts of the forest sector. Therefore, this study aimed to verify if the pedologic attributes and the use and covering soil affect the representative microbiological properties of the soil quality (Basal Respiration of the Soil – BRS, Carbon of the Microbial Biomass of the soil – C-MBS and Metabolic Quotient of the Soil – qCO2) in three distinct ecosystems (Pine plantation, Eucalyptus plantation and MOF) in the locality of Guamirim in Irati-PR. The pedologic attributes were determined in analysis of routines. Two methodologies were used to collect soil. In the first method, the soil was collected every 15 m away for subsequent spatialization in GIS environment in order to produce thematic maps of the microbiological features of the soil and moisture. For the second methodology, the same study fields were divided into four parcels. In both methods, the soil samples were collected at a depth of 0-5 cm. The following tests were carried out: Variance tests (two-way ANOVA), tests of Linear correlation of Spearman, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA). The soil in the three areas are comparable in texture. BRS and the C-BMS were higher in the MOF for the both collectings, and qCO2 was lower on MOF, but only for the first collect. Moisture presented significant correlation only to the qCO2 in the area of MOF. In relation to the pedological attributes, the soil of Pine area suffered strong influence only of Al, while the soil of Eucalyptus area suffered strong influence of Ca and K, already the area MOF have no strong interference of any attribute, being the area that presents the most homogeneous form in relation to the pedological features. Finally it is concluded that the type of use and coverage of the soil and the physical-chemical variables interfere in soil quality and also that the microbiological quality parameters selected were sensitive to these variations. It also concluded that the soil of the area of MOF is the most sustainable, homogeneous, and less susceptible to environmental changes. |

Submitted by Fabiano Jucá (fjuca@unicentro.br) on 2017-03-29T17:26:54Z No. of bitstreams: 1 LUIZ FERNANDO VERONEZI.pdf: 2388062 bytes, checksum: 39810c58820f8ac264710d6cf3212af4 (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2017-03-29T17:26:54Z (GMT).
