Objective: To trace the profile of the sexual aggressor of children and adolescents, according to the manifestations of the violations and links with the victims, according to the records of the cases in the Specialized Police Stations of Feira de Santana (BA), in a decade (2007-2016). Methodology: cross-sectional study, based on data from "Police Inquiry Reports; "And" Circumstantial Bulletins "of the Civil Police Stations Specialized in crime against the child and adolescent of Feira de Santana-BA. It was calculated as a measure of statistical significance through Pearson's chi-square at the 5% level of significance, with a 95% confidence interval. Results: During the study period, 900 cases were reported in specialized police stations. The majority of aggressors were men of different age groups (98.2%); 50% adults (25-49 years); adolescents and young people totaled 30%; 62.5% singles; low schooling (68%); family members, 36.1%; neighbors and acquaintances, 28.0% and friends / boyfriends, 20.2%. Adolescent aggressors presented a similar perpetration profile to adults, with a higher proportion of children (40%) and adolescents, up to 14 years (30.0%); young adults raped a higher proportion of adolescents, up to 14 years old (50%). Male children were more perpetrated by adolescents (32.2%) and adults (42.3%); the female sex, in all age groups, was more violated by adults (?25 years). Known and familiar were the categories of perpetrators most frequent in childhood (49.2% and 45.5%, respectively). Boyfriends, friends and colleagues stood out as aggressors of adolescents, up to 14 years (45.3%) and 15 to 19 years (33.5%). Of these occurrences, 94.6% were of abuse; 73.3% occurred in the domestic environment; 62.2% extrafamiliar; 73.4% with penetration; 52.5% recidivists; 42,7% used physical force; 86.2% were single offenders. The profile of the aggressors showed 31% of adolescents and young adults, up to 24 years; and 47.4% from 25 to 49 years; 62.5% singles. The attachment of the aggressor and victim showed 25.1% known to the victim or family; 22.1% father or stepfather; 14% other relatives and 15.7% unknown. Conclusions: most of the perpetrators were known, neighbor or relative of the victim, used physical force, threats and consumed abuse with penetration. These findings indicate that sexual aggressors of children and adolescents are in the social environment close to the victims and have easy access to commit this crime. The findings can contribute to subsidizing policies and programs for prevention and coping, at the individual level and in the social environment, involving actions in the family, school and community in general
