Resumo: The presence of racism in labor situations and its consequences to the subjectivity of black teachers on public schools is compex and it provides extreme challenges. Thus, this paper ana- lyzes the presence of racism in work situations and its effects on the psychic suffering of black teachers on public Elementary schools levels I and II. It is a qualitative research, and it had, as a theoretical-methodological assumption, the Psychodynamics of Work, that has, as an action and intervention method, the labor clinic. Having this study been performed in a public shool on the Campina Grande city, Paraíba State, in wich were used work observation techniques, application of socio demographic questionnaire, Field journal, discussion groups and interview script. Five teachers that work on Elementary school level I and II took part on the research. The results denounce the racist attitudes on the intersubjective work relations, that are provok- ing suffering as also generating illnesses. By bringing to the surface of their questions the trau- matic experiences provoked by the open (verbal attacks, rejection and preterition for beeing black, restriction of the performance of their professional practice) and the veiled racism (nu- merous difficulties of access to both school materials and sociability) they signal to the harmful consequences that racism caused to the research participant teachers. Repercussions that go from transfering request from the school where they suffered the racism situation, isolation within the working environment to a possible “psychic disorganization” caused by the racist attitudes, compromising the mental health of some of the teachers. The research data allow to affirm that the suffering and the illnesses are manifestations of the experiences suffered by the research participant teachers, as well as all the teachers of the school, beeing presented as some- thing common to them all. Nevertheless, the participant teachers consensually bring forward that black teachers tend to dedicate more due not only to external pressure (from school) but also to self demand, in order to show their skills, wich are sometimes questioned because they are black. This issue points to a professional profile that is affected in a more intense way by work overload: the black female teachers. Therefore, the study in question poits to an urgent need of structural changes in the dynamics of the intersubjective labor relations between differ- ent ethnic groups, mainly in relation to school public spaces as institutions of active racism reproduction, where teachers, the main vector of change in the organization, find themselves impacted and mitigated by racial prejudice. As a result, it is expected to arouse in educators the importance of taking into consideration the theme of racism in their working relationships, in order to overcome them.

Neste sentido, este trabalho analisa a presença do racismo nas situações de trabalho e suas con- sequências para o sofrimento psíquico dos professores negros e negras das escolas públicas do Ensino Fundamental I e II. É uma pesquisa de caráter qualitativo, e teve como pressuposto teórico-metodológico a Psicodinâmica do Trabalho que tem como método de ação e interven- ção a clínica do trabalho. Tendo sido realizada em uma escola pública do município de Campina Grande –PB, em que foram utilizadas na pesquisa as técnicas de observação do trabalho, apli- cação de questionário sócio demográfico, diário de campo, grupos de discussão e roteiro de entrevista. Participaram da pesquisa cinco professoras que trabalham em escolas do Ensino no Fundamental I e II. Os resultados denunciam as posturas racistas nas relações intersubjetivas de trabalho, que são provocadoras de sofrimento como também geradoras de adoecimento entre as professoras. Ao trazerem para a superfície dos seus questionamentos às vivências traumáticas provocada pelo racismo aberto (ataques verbais, rejeição e preterição por serem negras, impe- dimento de realizar seu exercício profissional) e velado (inúmeras dificuldade de acesso tanto de materiais escolares quanto de sociabilidade), sinalizam para as consequências danosas que o racismo ocasionaram para as professoras participantes da pesquisa. Repercussões que vão desde pedido de transferência da escola onde sofreram racismo, isolamento dentro do ambiente de trabalho, até uma possível “desorganização psíquica” ocasionada pelas posturas racistas, comprometendo à saúde mental de algumas das professoras. Os dados da pesquisa permitem afirmar que o sofrimento e o adoecimento são manifestações das vivências das professoras par- ticipantes da pesquisa, como também de todas os(as) professores(as) da escola, sendo apresen- tado como algo comum a todos(as). Porém, as professoras participantes consensualmente apre- sentam que as professoras negras tendem a se desdobrem mais devido não só a pressão externa (da escola) como também através da auto cobrança, a fim de mostrarem suas competências, que são por vezes questionadas, por serem negras. Essa questão aponta para um perfil de profissio- nal que são afetados de forma mais intensa pela sobrecarga no trabalho: as professoras mulheres e negras. Diante disso, o estudo em questão aponta para a necessidade urgente de mudanças estruturais na dinâmica das relações intersubjetiva de trabalho entre grupos étnicos diferentes, principalmente no tocante aos espaços públicos escolares enquanto instituições ativamente re- produtoras de racismo, em que professores/as, principal elemento de mudança na organização, encontram-se atingidos e mitigados pelo preconceito racial. Espera-se, com os resultados desta pesquisa, despertar nas educadoras a importância de se levar em consideração a temática do racismo em suas relações de trabalho, a fim de superá-las.application/pdfUniversidade Estadual da ParaíbaPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Psicologia da Saúde - PPGPSUEPBBRPró-Reitoria de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa - PRPGPRacismTeachingPsychic SufferingIntersubjective Work RelationsCIENCIAS HUMANASRelações Intersubjetivas de TrabalhoRacismoSofrimento psíquicoDocênciaMarcas da negritude: Estudo sobre as relações intersubjetivas do trabalho de professoras negrasinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisAragão, Patricia Cristina dehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/6734404565435352Araújo, Anísio José da Silvahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/4488993878025317Silva, Edil Ferreira dahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/4320349542612074http://lattes.cnpq.br/3354852335225622Alencar, Ana Verônica deinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessporreponame:Repositório Institucional da Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB)instname:Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB)instacron:UEPBLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
