Resumo: | The contemporary scenario, reshaped by the Coronavirus pandemic, has led to profound transformations in the world of work. This is particularly evident with the need for social isolation, which includes the widespread adoption of teleworking as a measure to prevent contagion and maintain activities. The objective of this study was to analyze the configurations of teleworking during the Covid-19 pandemic and its implications for the socio-sexual and racial division of labor at the Court of Justice of Paraíba (TJPB). This analysis was based on the historical-theoretical reconstruction of the transformations of contemporary capitalism, addressing the implications of financialization and Industry 4.0 for the world of work, with an emphasis on the relationship between teleworking and the female condition at the TJPB, using the socio-sexual division as the category of analysis, along with the racial division of labor. This was a quantitative-qualitative study, anchored in the critical-dialectical method, supported by bibliographic and documentary research. In the former, literary productions on the subject were reviewed, based on books, thesis and dissertation databases, articles published in journals, as well as materials available on digital platforms. The documentary research was based on data made available by the National Council of Justice (CNJ), the Court of Justice of Paraíba (TJPB), IBGE, DIEESE, among others. The results indicate that teleworking offers advantages and challenges for institutions, while for teleworkers, it presents both advantages and disadvantages. For institutions in general, and for the TJPB in particular, the advantages are due to reduced infrastructure and logistics costs, increased productivity, optimized working hours, and reduced environmental impact. The challenges revolve around maintaining the organizational climate. For teleworkers, the advantages include reduced commuting time and costs, flexible work schedules, increased productivity, and the potential for a better work-life balance. However, the disadvantages point to an expansion of worker exploitation through longer and more intense workdays, an increased workload, and diminished rights to disconnect. Such conditions may jeopardize the teleworker’s physical and mental well-being, potentially leading to severe burnout. The disadvantages are particularly acute for women, who often face a disproportionate increase in domestic responsibilities, resulting in double or even triple shifts. |

Such conditions may jeopardize the teleworker’s physical and mental well-being, potentially leading to severe burnout. The disadvantages are particularly acute for women, who often face a disproportionate increase in domestic responsibilities, resulting in double or even triple shifts.O cenário contemporâneo, modificado pela pandemia do Coronavírus, ensejou o aprofundamento das transformações no mundo do trabalho, sobretudo com a necessidade do isolamento social, incluindo a ampla adoção do teletrabalho como medida de prevenção ao contágio e de manutenção das atividades. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar as configurações do teletrabalho na pandemia de Covid-19 e suas inflexões para a divisão sociossexual e racial do trabalho no Tribunal de Justiça da Paraíba - TJPB. Isso se fez a partir da reconstituição histórico-teórica das transformações do capitalismo contemporâneo, abordando as implicações da financeirização e da Indústria 4.0 para o mundo do trabalho, com ênfase na relação entre teletrabalho e condição feminina no TJPB, tendo como categoria de análise a divisão sociossexual e racial do trabalho. Tratou-se de um estudo de cunho quanti-qualitativo, ancorado no método crítico-dialético, subsidiado por pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Na primeira, levantaram-se produções literárias sobre o assunto, a partir de livros, bancos de teses e dissertações, artigos publicados em periódicos, bem como materiais disponibilizados em plataformas digitais. Já a documental se assentou sobre dados disponibilizados pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ), Tribunal de Justiça da Paraíba (TJPB), Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), Departamento Intersindical de Estatística e Estudos Socioeconômicos (DIEESE), entre outros. Os resultados apontam que o teletrabalho apresenta vantagens e desafios para as instituições, ao passo que, para os(as) teletrabalhadores(as), apresenta vantagens e desvantagens. Para as instituições, de modo geral, e para o TJPB, as vantagens se dão pela redução de custos com infraestrutura e logística, pelo aumento da produtividade, pela otimização da jornada laboral e pela redução de danos ao meio ambiente. Os desafios giram em torno da manutenção do clima organizacional. Para teletrabalhadores(as), as vantagens se verificaram em relação à redução de tempo e de custos com deslocamento diário, flexibilidade da jornada, ampliação da produtividade e possibilidade de desenvolver melhor equilíbrio entre vida profissional e pessoal. Já as desvantagens são representadas pela ampliação da exploração do(a) trabalhador, com extensão e intensificação da jornada de trabalho, do aumento do volume de trabalho e da redução do direito à desconexão. Esse cenário pode comprometer a saúde física e mental do(a) teletrabalhador(a), levando à absoluta exaustão. Entre as mulheres, verifica-se mais intensamente as desvantagens, com o desmedido aumento da sobrecarga de mulheres quanto ao trabalho reprodutivo, levando-as à dupla/tripla jornada.application/pdfUniversidade Estadual da ParaíbaPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Serviço Social - PPGSSUEPBBRPró-Reitoria de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa - PRPGPPró-Reitoria de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa - PRPGPSERVICO SOCIAL APLICADOModo de Produção CapitalistaTrabalhoTeletrabalhoDivisão sociossexualPandemia Covid-19Poder juduciárioTrabalho produtivo e reprodutivo no contexto da covid-19: uma análise do teletrabalho e suas inflexões para a divisão sociossexual e racial do trabalho no Tribunal de Justiça da Paraíba - TJPBProductive and reproductive work in the context of covid-19: an analysis of teleworking and its implications for the sociosexual and racial division of work at the Court of Justice of Paraíbainfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisAragão, Patrícia Cristina dehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/6734404565435352Corteletti, Roseli de Fátimahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/6497451592802925Silva, Edil Ferreira dahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/4320349542612074https://lattes.cnpq.br/0667554410233477Holanda, Luciana Mickaelli Kinginfo:eu-repo/semantics/embargoedAccessporreponame:Repositório Institucional da Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB)instname:Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB)instacron:UEPBTHUMBNAILPDF - Luciana Mickaelli King Holanda.pdf.jpgPDF - Luciana Mickaelli King Holanda.pdf.jpgGenerated Thumbnailimage/jpeg2973https://repositorio.uepb.edu.br/bitstreams/a5448474-29cd-453f-83ed-4d2f45266225/downloada1e52d09134a798aca4e70ba10b58cc0MD55falseAdministratorREADTermo_de_Deposito_BDTD_atualizado_assinado_assinado 2025.pdf.jpgTermo_de_Deposito_BDTD_atualizado_assinado_assinado 2025.pdf.jpgGenerated Thumbnailimage/jpeg4815https://repositorio.uepb.edu.br/bitstreams/62caf914-52a9-4552-a671-c9d8b6e571f0/download9b99fe7bc525c213c9856a2f96d1f4afMD56falseAdministratorREADORIGINALPDF - Luciana Mickaelli King Holanda.pdfPDF - Luciana Mickaelli King Holanda.pdfDissertação completa com ficha catalográfica e folha de aprovaçãoapplication/pdf11824157https://repositorio.uepb.edu.br/bitstreams/5d851750-e040-4acb-b618-27b4ffbe086a/download6799959ad17d0e2986fd109b6f0dddb8MD52trueAdministratorREADTermo_de_Deposito_BDTD_atualizado_assinado_assinado 2025.pdfTermo_de_Deposito_BDTD_atualizado_assinado_assinado 2025.pdfTermo de depósito embargo 2025application/pdf154998https://repositorio.uepb.edu.br/bitstreams/75c0dfbd-7bde-4644-a1ac-dc1dac52711d/download443c467b5451d3c8163ea5db0910e1deMD53falseAdministratorREADLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
