The present dissertation intends to analyze Bolsonarism as a contemporary ideological syncretism. In this way, it aims as a general objective the analysis of Bolsonarism as ideological syncretism from the process of ideological decay of the bourgeoisie. To do so, it intends to rescue the Brazilian socio-historical formation, in particular the ideas arising from the colonial particularity of its development. It also seeks to apprehend the ontological foundations of the ideology, as well as to present the theoretical-philosophical assumptions of syncretism from the process of decay, in addition to identifying the elements that support the syncretic basis of Bolsonarism. This research, then, is configured as theoretical, qualitative, bibliographical, documental and exploratory, whose method of analysis will be dialectical-historical materialism, starting from the understanding of its ability to apprehend the phenomena to be studied. As approximate results, we were able to conclude that Bolsonarism is configured as an ideological syncretism, as it articulates various ideocultural, historical, political and philosophical elements, thus providing a worldview that mobilizes practical actions by its followers. In addition, Bolsonarist syncretism makes use of anti-communism as the guiding ideology of any ideas that may compose the syncretic base, facilitated by the constituent elements of everyday life, mainly common sense.
