Resumo: Congenital Clubfoot – PTC is characterized by an idiopathic disease that affects millions of children worldwide. The social and emotional impacts throughout the development and life of the desabled make this pathology stigmatizing. There are countless methodologies used to treat it, however, the Ponseti Method – MP, since 1996, has been considered the gold standard of treatment through diagnosis. In this way, this dissertation proposed to build a protocol for the elaboration of a device that has to be printed tridionally, through additive manufacturing, aiming at the treatment of children with PTC. This device was based on the Ponseti methodology for the elaboration of its treatment guidelines. In addition, the construction of the device, called Moreira-Pontes Device, was carried out in a virtual environment using the Blender®, OnShape®, Rhinoceros® and MakeHuman® software. Initially, the research presents the main themes of theoretical foundation and art history of the Ponseti methodology, of the evolution in the field of health technologies and additive manufacturing. In addition, there is a need to present and develop an integrative review attached to the end of the research, capable of demonstrating the benefits and limitations of Ponseti’s methodology. From these results, a survey of the necessary requirements for the carrier of the pathology (PTC) was carried out for the elaboration of the protocol for creating the Moreira-Pontes device, with the purpose of creating for society a custom option for the treatment of the deformities caused for this pathology. Finally, this dissertation resulted in 3 documents (appendices) and an attachment (patent application) available to the scientific community, which deal, respectively, with the basis for preparing this protocol, data collection form, and step by step for preparing the device proposed here.

Os impactos sociais e emocionais ao longo do desenvolvimento e da vida do deficiente tornam tal patologia estigmatizante. São inúmeras as metodologias utilizadas para o tratamento da mesma, no entanto, o Método de Ponseti – MP, desde 1996, é tido como padrão ouro de tratamento mediante o diagnóstico. Desta forma, esta dissertação se propôs a construir um protocolo para elaboração de um dispositivo a ser impresso em 3D, por meio de manufatura aditiva, visando o tratamento de crianças portadoras de PTC. Esse dispositivo baseou-se na metodologia de Ponseti para elaboração de suas diretrizes de tratamento. Ademais, a construção do dispositivo, denominado Dispositivo Moreira-Pontes, foi realizado em ambiente virtual utilizando os softwares Blender®, OnShape®, Rhinoceros® e MakeHuman®. Inicialmente, a pesquisa apresenta os principais temas de fundamentação teórica e história da arte da metodologia Ponseti, da evolução no campo de tecnologias em saúde e manufatura aditiva. Além disso, observa-se a necessidade de apresentação e desenvolvimento de revisão integrativa, anexada ao final da pesquisa, capaz de demonstrar os benefícios e limitações da metodologia de Ponseti. A partir desses resultados, realizou-se um levantamento de requisitos necessários ao paciente acometido pela patologia (PTC) para elaboração do protocolo de criação do dispositivo Moreira-Pontes, com a finalidade de criar para a sociedade uma opção customizada para o tratamento das deformidades causadas por essa patologia. Por fim, essa dissertação resultou em três documentos (apêndices) e um anexo (protocolo de patente) disponível à comunidade científica, que tratam, respectivamente, da base para elaboração desse protocolo, formulário de coleta de dados e o passo a passo para elaboração do dispositivo aqui proposto.Universidade Estadual da Paraíba24004014016P0Programa de Pós-Graduação Profissional em Ciência e Tecnologia em Saúde - PPGCTSUEPBBRCentro de Ciências e Tecnologia - CCTCC0 1.0 Universalhttp://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessCIENCIAS DA SAUDEENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA BIOMEDICA::ENGENHARIA MEDICA::TECNOLOGIA DE PROTESEScongenital clubfoothealth technologyadditive manufacturing3d printingtecnologia em saúdemanufatura aditivaimpressão 3Dpé tortopé torto congênitoDispositivo impresso em manufatura aditiva como alternativa para tratamento de pé torto congênitoBibliográficainfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionGaldino, Kátia Elizabetehttps://orcid.org/0000-0002-2160-946Xhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0657038729605079Guedes, Dimitri Taurinohttps://orcid.org/0000-0002-1818-7665http://lattes.cnpq.br/7575524707167845Soares, Renata de Souza Coelhohttps://orcid.org/0000-0001-5213-3698http://lattes.cnpq.br/9587557565279282https://orcid.org/0000-0002-4460-782Xhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/5440977405329045Moreira, Marlem Oliveiraporreponame:Repositório Institucional da Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB)instname:Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB)instacron:UEPBORIGINALDS - Marlem Oliveira Moreira.pdfDS - Marlem Oliveira Moreira.pdfapplication/pdf5425692https://repositorio.uepb.edu.br/bitstreams/35418fe2-692c-48ca-b97b-3ec49db97146/downloadc46cc698d920081cb5ed080bc7381a7aMD51trueAnonymousREADTermo de Depósito.pdfTermo de Depósito.pdfapplication/pdf1806263https://repositorio.uepb.edu.br/bitstreams/55c6ea0e-7b3d-4fd3-b2db-10747c188494/downloada3229c2444501e3d0ad6a55860e2795eMD52falseAdministratorREADLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
