Resumo: The use of solid catalysts, such as simple and/or modified oxides, has been the focus of a variety of research. For example, for application in heterogeneous catalysis in transesterification and esterification reactions in obtaining biodiesel from different oilseeds, aiming to reduce the environmental impacts caused by fossil fuels. In this sense, the present work aims to obtain catalysts based on substituted oxides Sn1-xSixO2 (x=0,05; 0,10; 0,15 e 0,20) obtained by the method of polymeric precursors, in order to evaluate the influence of Si on the structural modifications of SnO2 and on the catalytic effectiveness for the production of biodiesel from the transesterification reaction and simultaneous esterification of acidified soybean oil (85% Soybean Oil + 15% Oleic Acid), simulating the residual oil. The Sn1-xSixO2 systems obtained were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, granulometric distribution, textural analysis by nitrogen adsorption and scanning electron microscopy. Then, the catalytic tests were carried out, using a pressurized system (Par reactor), by ethyl route and under reaction conditions: molar ratio ethanol: oil of 15:1, 4% of catalyst, time 1 h and temperature 180ºC. The catalytic test products were characterized by acid number and gas chromatography. Through the XRD results it was possible to identify the crystalline planes (220), (002) that are related to the formation of tin dioxide, as well as to the respective Sn1-xSixO2 systems. Through the textural analysis it was notable that the Sn0.80Si0.20O2 catalyst has a higher surface area (82.26 m²/g) compared to the other studied samples, confirming that the presence of Si influenced the expansion of the surface area of these materials, confirmed by granulometric and microscopic analysis that highlights the heterogeneous characteristics of micrometric profile particle sizes. And although the catalytic effect of all catalysts averaged only 46.6%, with a deviation of ±1.8%, the synthesis reproducibility tests of the Sn0.80Si0.20O2/6% system and its respective reuse Sn0.80Si0.20O2/6%R indicate the feasibility of its application in catalysis.

Como por exemplo, para a aplicação na catalise heterogênea em reações de transesterificação e esterificação na obtenção de biodiesel a partir de diferentes oleoginosas, visando a diminuição dos impactos ambientais causados pelos combustíveis fosseis. Nesse sentido, o presente trabalho apresenta como objetivo a obtenção de catalisadores à base de óxidos substituídos Sn1-xSixO2 (x=0,05; 0,10; 0,15 e 0,20) obtidos pelo método dos precursores poliméricos, visando avaliar a influência do Si nas modificações estruturais do SnO2 e na efetividade catalítica para a produção de biodiesel partir da reação transesterificação e esterificação simultânea do óleo de soja acidificado (85% Óleo de Soja + 15% Ácido Oleico), simulando o óleo residual. Os sistemas Sn1-xSixO2 obtidos foram caracterizados por Difração de raios–X, Espectroscopia de infravermelho com transformada de Fourier, Distribuição granulométrica, análise textural por adsorção de nitrogênio e microscopia eletrônica de varredura. Em seguida, foram realizados os testes catalíticos, utilizando sistema pressurizado (reator Par), por rota etílica e em condições reacionais: razão molar etanol: óleo de 15:1, 4% de catalisador, tempo 1 h e temperatura 180ºC. Os produtos dos testes catalíticos foram caracterizados por índice de acidez e cromatografia gasosa. Através dos resultados de DRX foi possível identificar os planos cristalinos (220), (002) que são relacionados a formação do dióxido de estanho, bem como aos respectivos sistemas Sn1-xSixO2. Através da análise textural foi notável que o catalisador Sn0,80Si0,20O2 apresenta maior área superficial (82,26 m²/g) em comparação com as demais amostras estudadas, confirmando que a presença do Si influenciou na expansão da área de superfície destes materiais, confirmadas pelas análises granulometrica e microscopica que destaca as características heterogêneas de tamanhos de partículas de perfil micrométrico. E embora o efeito catalítico de todos os catalisadores tenha sido em uma média de apenas 46,6 %, com um desvio de ± 1,8 %, os testes de reprodutibilidade de síntese do sistema Sn0,80Si0,20O2/6% e seu respectivo reuso Sn0,80Si0,20O2/6%R indicam a viabilidade de sua aplicação na catálise.Fundação de Apoio à Pesquisa do Estado da Paraíba - FAPESQapplication/pdfUniversidade Estadual da ParaíbaPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Química - PPGQUEPBBRPró-Reitoria de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa - PRPGPPró-Reitoria de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa - PRPGPQUIMICAPrecursores poliméricosÓxidos substituídosCatálise heterogêneaÉsteres etílicosSíntese de catalisadores á base de Sn1-xSixO2 visando a aplicação na produção de biodieselinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisFarias, Ana Flávia Félixhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/5035964236667431Alves, Mary Cristina Ferreirahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/1408702023173864Farias, Ana Flávia Félixhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/5035964236667431Brito, Deoclécio Ferreira Dehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/2809045289696992Maia, Ary da Silvahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0234548596508203Alves, Mary Cristina Ferreirahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/1408702023173864http://lattes.cnpq.br/9121423141396033Oliveira, Rénally Marraly Alves deinfo:eu-repo/semantics/embargoedAccessporreponame:Repositório Institucional da Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB)instname:Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB)instacron:UEPBTHUMBNAILTermo - Rénally Marraly.pdf.jpgTermo - Rénally Marraly.pdf.jpgGenerated Thumbnailimage/jpeg4927https://repositorio.uepb.edu.br/bitstreams/ea4d4c0d-7188-4a3f-8fc6-1a4b435a8bf6/downloadf4c4fc41060c1c8950bf1acdafb963e0MD55falseAdministratorREAD2999-12-31DS - RÉNALLY MARRALY ALVES DE OLIVEIRA.pdf.jpgDS - RÉNALLY MARRALY ALVES DE OLIVEIRA.pdf.jpgGenerated Thumbnailimage/jpeg3130https://repositorio.uepb.edu.br/bitstreams/b68b5416-f1f7-440c-92c0-75ce9cc067ee/download70e05efcbd62d41c25c34192f5430e46MD56falseAnonymousREADLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
