Resumo: This research aims to analyse the theatrical text contributions in the reader’s formation in the perspective of literary literacy in an 8th grade class from a public school in Campina Grande-PB. With the support of the work “Novas Aventuras de João Grilo”, by Lurdes Ramalho, it intend to propose pedagogical actions focused on the development of students' reading skills, through a millenarian art capable of feeding the human intellect and encouraging an amplification of the world vision around us. It is understood that literature as the word art has the communicative potential of the language, in its written and oralized form, and represents a significant resource that transforms reading into reflexive, spontaneous and pleasurable action. Among the theoretical reference that supported the discussions, stand out Solé (1998) who deals with the sense and interest in reading, Candido (1995; 2002) that defends the right to literature as a universal good, Cosson (2014), Cosson e Souza (2011), who point out the importance of literary literacy in its social uses, as an instrument of insertion of the individual in the writing world as a collaborative factor in the understanding of the world and the school need for the practice of reading literary texts. Lajolo (1994), Maria (2002), Bamberger (1986) that show the relationship between reading and pleasure; Berthold (2001), Moises (2005), PCNs (1998) about the the origin, structure and pedagogical function of the theater. The methodology is guided by the Basic Sequence of Cosson (2014. We added to the Cosson proposal, theater workshops for the purpose of textual production and theatrical performance by the students. The collected data demonstrate that the theatrical text presents a relevant collaboration for the formation of the individuals, because through its playful potential, it favors the development of the learning in order to expand the world conception, the criticality, the creativity, the fruition of the literature, social relations and the socialization of knowledge.

Com o apoio da obra “Novas Aventuras de João Grilo”, de Lourdes Ramalho, o interesse esteve em propor ações pedagógicas com foco para o desenvolvimento de competências leitoras dos alunos, através de uma arte milenar capaz de alimentar o intelecto humano e incentivar uma ampliação na visão que se tem do mundo a nossa volta. Entende-se que a literatura enquanto a arte da palavra dispõe do potencial comunicativo da língua, na sua forma escrita e oralizada, e representa um recurso significativo que transforma a leitura em ação reflexiva, espontânea e prazerosa. Dentre o referencial teórico de apoio às discussões, destacam-se Solé (1998) que trata do sentido e interesse na leitura; Candido (1995; 2002) que defende o direito à literatura enquanto bem universal; Cosson (2014), Cosson e Souza (2011), que abordam a importância do letramento literário em seus usos sociais, como instrumento de inserção do indivíduo no mundo da escrita, enquanto fator de colaboração na compreensão do mundo e da necessidade da escola para a efetivação da prática da leitura de textos literários. Lajolo (1994), Maria (2002), Bamberger (1986) que falam da relação entre Leitura e prazer; Berthold (2001), Moises (2005), PCNs (1998) sobre a origem, estrutura e função pedagógica do teatro. A metodologia está orientada pela sequência básica de Cosson (2014). Acrescentamos à proposta de Cosson oficinas de teatro para fins de produção textual e encenação teatral pelos alunos. Os dados coletados demonstram que o texto teatral apresenta uma colaboração relevante para a formação dos indivíduos, pois através de seu potencial lúdico, favorece o desenvolvimento da aprendizagem de modo a expandir a concepção de mundo, a criticidade, a criatividade, a fruição da literatura, as relações sociais e a socialização do saber.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESapplication/pdfUniversidade Estadual da ParaíbaPrograma de Pós-Graduação Profissional em Letras em rede nacional - PLETRASUEPBBRCentro de Humanidades - CHPró-Reitoria de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa - PRPGPTheatrical textReader’s formationLiterary literacyLINGUISTICA, LETRAS E ARTESTexto teatralFormação do leitorLetramento literárioA magia da palavra: o texto teatral para a formação de leitoresinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisSantos, Luciane Alveshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/4298723741829457Silva, Rosângela Neres Araújo dahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/2398653747944135Costa, Maria Suely dahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/1891779191833711http://lattes.cnpq.br/7922300914195833Dantas, José Hilton Silvainfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessporreponame:Repositório Institucional da Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB)instname:Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB)instacron:UEPBLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
