Resumo: The current research scenario has shown a latent change in relation to the establishment of relations between areas of study, previously little mentioned, such as knowledge of Health and International Relations. This is because, although these sciences have evolved side by side in the course of History, the effective link between them is recent, occurring mainly in the transition to the 21st century, with the evidence of the so-called Global Health. The reasoned discussion about this new term, with its new cross-border challenges, and not just technical and local ones, allowed a more specialized dialogue between the referred sciences. Thus, a favorable context for the improvement of this union that it found in International Cooperation emerges, a harmony that values solidarity, consensus and interstate equity, being an essential element for a new type of negotiation in health between the actors of the international system, thus emerging a new concept to be addressed in Health Diplomacy. Based on this context in continuous ascension, the proposal of this study will be, using the Systematic Review as a methodological tool, to systematize the various possibilities of answering the guiding question of this research, the know: "How does Brazilian academia conceptualize and/or apply the terms Global Health and Health Diplomacy in the context of International Cooperation?"

Isso porque embora tais ciências tenham evoluído lado a lado no curso da História, a ligação efetiva entre elas é recente, ocorrendo sobretudo na transição para o século XXI, com a evidencia da chamada Saúde Global. A discussão fundamentada acerca desse novo termo, com seus novos desafios transfronteiriços, e não apenas técnicos e locais, permitiu um diálogo mais especializado entre as referidas ciências. Surge então, um contexto propício para o aperfeiçoamento dessa união que encontrou na Cooperação Internacional, uma sintonia que preza por solidariedade, consenso e equidade interestatal, sendo elemento essencial para um novo tipo de negociação em saúde entre os atores do sistema internacional, surgindo assim um novo conceito a ser abordado a Diplomacia da Saúde.
