This research, "Family, school, and work in the experience of trans women and travestis in Campina Grande, Paraíba," was developed in the city from June 2022 to February 2023. The study is based on dialogues with ten trans women and travestis, aged between 18 and 72, who reside in the city. The aim of the research is to identify and analyze the determinations exerted by the relationship between family, school, and work on the trajectory of trans women and travestis in Campina Grande-PB. The paper begins with a framing of the research problem and the definition of the investigation's objectives. Next, the methodology employed is presented, followed by a summary of the consolidated chapters. Finally, the appendices corresponding to the fieldwork process and the general profiles of the interviewees are included. To analyze the data, we rely on Foucauldian approaches, using discourse analysis (DA) to systematize, categorize, analyze, and interpret the discursive devices conveyed by the interlocutors during the fieldwork.
