This paper aims to describe the development of the prototype of the mobile application entitled "EAD-SAÚDE", which aims to gather and organize all educational offerings offered free of charge by the Ministry of Health (MS) for health professionals, through programs such as the Open University of the Unified Health System (UNA-SUS) and disseminate them in a targeted manner, through notifications on the screen of the cell phone, according to the professional's interest filled in the register. For this, a search was made in the main virtual stores of applications in order to find similar ones that offer courses in distance education and to make personalized divulgation / communication about services / products of the interest of the user. The Arouca Platform was studied, the Curricular Guidelines and the Federal Council of each health profession, in order to know the professional and educational profile. In addition, we investigated, through interviews, which pimordial and fundamental characteristics should be communicated to the professional about the offers and which phases of disclosure are considered important for UNA-SUS. As a result, the prototype was developed for the Android operating system with simple interface, respecting the principles of usability. The important information of the courses was listed maintaining fidelity to the terms mentioned in the interviews. The courses and the interest of the users were categorized allowing the sending of notifications according to the profile of the user. In addition, the application makes it possible to mark courses of interest and share them through digital media, using features of the device itself. The inclusion of content in the application will work automatically, extracting the information registered in the administration screen, also developed in this work. The usability evaluation was satisfactory, with a high degree of usability and suggestions for improvements were obtained. The "EAD-SAÚDE" is expected to make it possible to scalability and increase the scope of educational activities, in order to comply with the Permanent Education Policy and to train the largest number of health professionals.
