Resumo: Action research that created in a lab a technic machine in order to investigate the effects of machinic enslavement of the smart mobs that act during the protests against the mega events (World Cup, Olympic Games and World Youth Day). The development of Rebaixada’s website measured the limits and the challenges of the free media, besides to establish an inclusion criteria to the tool, as known as “Becoming Baixada”, by its similarity to the digital culture phenomenon in the Baixada Fluminense region. "Rebaixada.org" acted as a Hub in media activist network, gathering and distributing multimedia productions of 67 initiatives between 2013 and 2014. We use the concepts of "multitude" by Antonio Negri and Michae Hardtl, “smart mobs”, by Howard Rheingold, “becoming”, by Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari, and we articulate the concept of “Hub” on “distributed network” with the authors Raquel Recuero and Sergio Amadeu da Silveira. About the cyberactivism production in protests around the world, Manuel Castells, Fábio Malini and Henrique Antoun were elected . Heraldo HB, Ivana Bentes and Rodrigo Savazoni give subsidies to the parallel with the digital culture movement of the urban outskirts

O desenvolvimento do site Rebaixada avaliou limites e desafios da mídia livre, além de estabelecer um critério de inclusão na ferramenta, o que chamamos de “Devir Baixada”, por sua similaridade com o fenômeno da Cultura Digital na região da Baixada Fluminense. “Rebaixada.org” atuou como um Hub na rede de midiativistas, reunindo e distribuindo as produções multimídia de 67 iniciativas entre 2013 e 2014. Utilizamos os conceitos de “multidão” de Antonio Negri e Michael Hardt; “multidão inteligente”, de Howard Rheingold; “devir”, de Gilles Deleuze e Félix Guattari; e articulamos o papel de “Hub” na “rede distribuída” com os autores Raquel Recuero e Sérgio Amadeu da Silveira. Sobre a produção ciberativista nas manifestações de todo o mundo, Manuel Castells, Fábio Malini e Henrique Antoun foram os eleitos.
