This Dissertation presents a research proposal that aims to discuss how the interdisciplinarity between Sciences and Arts can contribute and stimulate a more critical and investigative teaching. The mastery of reading and writing is considered of paramount importance for the learning of knowledge and in this way, science teaching is often reduced to the use of textbooks and blackboards. Mainly, in the early years, students show curiosity, creativity and sensitivity, so that nothing would be more natural than working on the teaching of Arts and Sciences at the same time. Therefore, Scientific Literacy through art becomes essential in the early years of elementary school, collaborating with a more playful teaching-learning process, with practical activities and having the student as a protagonist capable of arguing, building their concepts and contributing to Society. The research analyzed the training of teachers in the early years of elementary school and how it influences the way of teaching Science content in the classroom. It became clear that there is a need to invest more in the initial training and continuing training of future pedagogues so that there is an effective teaching of Science in schools. In addition, this work developed a proposal for the application and analysis of a Didactic Sequence of Science with Arts to work on the theme "The Seasons of the Year" with students of the 1st year of elementary school. From this pilot proposal, an e-book was prepared as an educational product composed of Didactic Sequences of Sciences with Arts that aim to provide teachers with knowledge and motivation to work with subjects that were not addressed in their initial training.
