The purpose of this qualitative case study, ex post facto, was to investigate the rationales of subjects considered bullying practitioners through their orality, from the point of view of the sociology of deviation. To do this, we used two techniques of data collection: documentary analysis of the violent practices recorded in the notebooks of occurrences, from the 6th to the 9th year of the E.F., between 2013-2016 and interviews in focus group of 19 subjects (6 girls and 13 boys) identified as bullies at the state school in the municipality of Duque de Caxias. The observation of the results collected through these instruments, made it possible to cross data on bullying and school violence through the records made by the school and also through the eyes of the considered practitioners. The results show that, for practitioners, bullying is a "fun", reciprocal, natural and everyday practice, important in the process of socialization among students. Bullying is extremely related to other undisciplined practices, stimulated by the spectators and practiced by 66.6 % of male subjects. This study also addressed the deviant career, the learning process, the influence of social controls and the looks of those considered outsiders. The difference between practitioners and victims is the ability to resolve conflicts.
