This paper focuses on the analysis of two recorded conversations from authorized wiretapping court relating to an investigation by the federal police involving Luiz Fernando da Costa, better known as Fernandinho Beira-Mar. Beira-Mar in these dialogues conversation with his victim Michel Anderson Nascimento dos Santos. Michel was beaten and tortured. Had hands, feet and ears cut off, was forced to swallow his own ear and was asked to talk about his physical condition on the telephone. From the concept of global semantics of Dominique Maingueneau, it has aimed to reflect on how the discursive elements and those related to vocal production are closely linked in the production of the meaning of these statements. Think how the balance of power, power and violence, as well as the meanings produced by the discourse settle in circumstances involving torture and murder in real dialogues motivated us. The analysis of this real case, that the recording of a dialogue involving torturer and tortured was possible, allows us to evaluate how these processes are established in a reality little studied in discourse analysis, the reality of crime.
