Resumo: The present project investigates the performativity of the Orisha Exu in Ketu's candomblé through the ritual dialogue body dance and its consequences for both candomblé and civil communities. The methodological basis used was action research assisted by participant observation and semi-structured interviews, as a strategy to promote intimate dialogues with the candomblé community and its members. Afroperspective, baraperspectivism, and exusiac guide the analytical process of field-developed data, to run away of pitfalls of the structuring dichotomy (good / evil, body / mind, inside / outside, god / devil) of the Western way of life. As result of the research, it is observed that candomblé have been moving towards a "repair" of the Orisha Exu, getting closer each more to orisha. It is noted that the performativity of the orixá always permeated the candomblé practices and that even without initiating the omorixá Exu the candomblé never failed to worship him

A base metodológica usada foi a pesquisa-ação auxiliada pela observação participante e entrevista semiestruturada, como estratégia de promover diálogos intimistas com a comunidade de terreiro e seus membros. A afroperspectiva, o baraperspectivismo e perspectiva exusíaca norteiam o processo analítico dos dados desenvolvidos em campo, para fugir das armadilhas da dicotomia (bem/mal, corpo/mente, dentro/fora, deus/diabo) estruturante da forma de vida no Ocidente. Como resultado da investigação, observa-se que os terreiros de candomblé têm caminhado para uma “reparação” do orixá Exu, se propondo a se aproximar cada vez mais desse.
